    We recently stayed at Rixos Marina to celebrate Father's Day, and it turned out to be one of our favorite family staycations in Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Every staff member we interacted with was genuinely welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and a late check-out, which gave us more time to relax and enjoy the facilities. Small gestures like these really make a difference. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool and beach area. The pools are beautifully maintained, spacious, and offer something for everyone. If you're visiting with children, you'll appreciate the variety of pools and family-friendly spaces that keep little ones entertained while adults can still unwind. The private beach is equally well maintained and provides a peaceful setting to spend the day. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet, which offered an excellent variety of fresh and flavorful dishes. There was something for every taste, and the quality of the food was consistently impressive. What made our stay memorable wasn't just the beautiful property, but the level of hospitality. The team made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit, and everything felt well organized and thoughtfully managed. Overall, Rixos Marina exceeded our expectations. It's an excellent choice for families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing luxury staycation with great dining, outstanding facilities, and exceptional service. We would happily return and highly recommend it.

    A disappointment I didn't expect. I thought the hotel was five-star and luxurious, but the luxury was limited to the lobby. The rooms were very ordinary, and I doubt I even received an upgrade. First, I couldn't find the menu where the staff member indicated it was in the room, and it took a long time to send it to our phones, so we had to leave the room for dinner. As for the bed, it was uncomfortable, and the worst part was the flat pillows with a strange smell. I called to get a better pillow, but I was put on hold and fell asleep, so I called again. Unfortunately, the staff member didn't come, so I told them I didn't want the pillow anymore; I just wanted to sleep. I think sleeping at home is much better, and I believe this will be my last time staying here. Three stars are enough.
