The location was great because it was so close to the Gran Plaza and lots of food and shopping options.

After you book the room, the instructions for the arrival and check-in come via email. It says you must call the number on the email to have the door open from the street. Well, that phone number didn't work. It has a recorded message, then hangs up. I had to call the number on the actual booking. Then she asked for my name repeatedly, like 5+ times like she was distracted doing something during the phone call. She then buzzed the door for the apartment door right away, but we were still downstairs in the foyer trying to get all the suitcases situated. The message in the email says not to roll the suitcases in the lobby because it will disturb the neighbors, but you have to carry it up 2 flights of narrow stairs. There is an elevator, but there were no instructions on how to use it. You get inside, press the button to the floor you want to go on and it doesnt move. When we were finally able to get to the front door of the apartment, she asked for my name yet again and buzzed it to open the door, and the alarm started ringing very loudly. We were very embarassed after the email says not to disturb the other tennants in the building. The air conditioning was barely working (again, no instructions) and everyone was so uncomfortable at night, we pretty much slept on top of all the sheets because it was so hot in the rooms. Thankfully, we were only there 1 night.

La limpieza dejaba que desear: el armario de la plancha de la cocina estaba sucísimo, en las puertas y repisas había polvo, se dejaron las de la limpieza, supongo, la ropa de cama y toallas humeda dentro de los armarios, en perchas, y el armario olía a humedad y muy desagradable, etc... La limpieza necesariamente debe ser mejorada, porque el precio no fue para nada barato, no cumplió por tanto las expectativas.

El tamaño

Algunas sábanas y toallas estaban usadas.

La limpieza deja de desear volver , el horno de la cocina hecho una pena , el desagüe del plato de ducha atascado y hecho una porquería, las sábanas con un olor a rancio y sudor
