The location being in the flight path. Was amazing. Watching the typhoons from the hot tub. Park is massive a lot to do on site. Caravan was nice and clean. Had everything needed. Host 10/10

I mainly visited for the plane spotting, which did not disappoint! Excellent location next door to RAF Coningsby. The site is huge with plenty of facilities. Lovely decking and hot tub, perfect for watching the sunset. Plenty of outdoor furniture and lovely living and dining areas inside.
Minor issues really - but a couple of the window handles were sticky and had to be wiggled around a fair bit to get them to open. Parts of the interior were quite dusty on arrival, not awful but looked like it had been cleaned in a hurry. The owner clearly could not avoid a heatwave but a fan for such weather would have been a nice addition!
