Nice place, quiet area

The flat was spacious and well decorated. It was located in a quiet area.

There was a very strong smoke odor. The property manager apologized but unfortunately there was nothing that could be done. We just stayed out during the day and had to sleep with the windows open. But very lovely overall.

The frying pans were with full of scratches. We asked to exchange, immediately they responded and changed, but new ones had also many scratches, so we bought a frying pan for our own use.

I rarely give bad comment to the place I stay but this host is really the worse that I met.

The instruction is not clear and they just leave the key in a passcode box open to public so when I arrived the passcode that they provided are not working. I was call the host many time and without responding. My kids were worry so much on the street in the mid night that we arrived. We end up have to find other hotel. That was a mess and the host not even being helping at all. Do not stay in this property I would recommend to everyone who trave to Zurich, in fact there are many good one around with good location to reach everywhere. This property’s location is not that good as they mention.

Everything was perfect, the place is very modern, nice and clean. Minimalistic, but has everything you need. In reality it looks even better than on the pictures. I loved every minute here!

The cold, white light in the bathroom. I prefer warmer toned lamps. But it is really just a preference, it does not actually matter, it is perfect the way it is. :)
