I reserved the Practical Zurich apartment through Booking.com for four days for my family. Upon arrival, we received an access code for the apartment; however, the code did not work. We were forced to wait outside in the cold for nearly two hours while communicating with the host in an attempt to resolve the issue. During this time, a resident of the building tried to assist us and confirmed that the access code was incorrect. He also stated that the apartment appeared to already be occupied. Another resident informed us that such issues occur frequently at this property and advised that it is not a suitable place for families. Eventually, the host provided a different access code for another apartment. Although this code worked, the apartment was not cleaned. Used bedding and towels were still present. We immediately sent photographic evidence to the host and also filed a formal complaint with Booking.com. Due to the lack of resolution and the absence of alternative support from the Booking.com helpline, we were forced to book a hotel for my family and leave the property. Despite the host’s failure to provide the accommodation as agreed, Booking.com charged us in full, regardless of our complaint. This experience resulted in a financial loss without any stay. I strongly believe this property operates in a misleading manner and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Definitely worth it.

The property was cozy, you have everything you need inside. The beds are good. Supermarket nearby was a plus.

There is no tv inside. There is no parking lot but you can manage on the Main Street without having to pay. A bit far from downtown but well connected to the public transportation.

Convenient to the centre and very clean and modern apartment

Apartment was spacious and clean and looked newly decorated and very modern inside. Very central location.

Building itself is a bit run down, and took us a bit of time to find the exact location. Free parking space are difficult to find on the street if you have a car.

Gute solide Unterkunft mit mit schnellem Support.

Schneller Service via KI und Glaeza, es war alles ordentlich und gut ausgestattet, die Erwartungen wurden erfüllt und es war eine solide Unterkunft. Die Grundausstattung war echt super, mehr als erwartet.

Die Unterkunft und das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig aufgrund des Alters und der Bauweise. Verbessrungswürdig ist auch das Auffinden des Hauseingangs und des Appartments inkl der Schlüssel, weil es mehrere APT mit der gleichen Bezeichnung gibt. In der Buchung hatten wir 5 Personen, es wurde aber nur für 4 Personen vorbereitet. Das konnte alles gelöst werden, daher soll das als kontruktive Kritik aufgefasst werden. Die Parksituation ist relativ unklar, das steht aber auch so im Angebot.

Récupérer les clés a été un véritable cauchemar. Un robot interactif répondait constamment à mes questions avec des informations erronées. Se déplacer d'un bâtiment à l'autre, les bagages à la main, a été une véritable épreuve à cause de ces renseignements inexacts. Heureusement, plusieurs autres visiteurs essayaient de m'aider.

Stress sans savoir si on allais avoir ou dormir à 4adultes et 2 enfants de bas âge assez terrifiant!!!

C’était pas mauvais l’appartement mais dommage le désagrément à notre arrivée!!! L’appartement n’était pas nettoyé les clés n’était pas à ça place! Franchement je sais pas si c’était occupé avant mais en tout cas ce n’était pas à nous de perdre 2 heures à attendre que ce sois propres à nouveau!

Es un apartamento muy cómodo, todo muy limpio,las mantas perfectas, tiene todo lo necesario para que tengas una estancia agradable y confortable. Además te dejan todo para la limpieza y lo mejor cápsulas de café. Lo recomiendo 100%

Ein schöner Ort für einen Urlaub in Zürich; sehr gut zum entspannen und selbst versorgen geeignet

Sehr sauber und gepflegt, bequeme Betten, schöne Bettdecken, warm, alles neu, modern (Ikea) und geschmackvoll, gute Küchenausstattung, gute Kaffeemaschine inklusive Kapseln, Supermarkt um die Ecke, absolut ruhig trotz Neubaublock

Perfekt wäre noch ein kleiner Kochtopf, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau

Ich fand die Matratze sehr gut. Hab durchgeschlafen wie ein Kleinkind. Top! Mein Arbeitskollege war anscheinend auch begeistert...

Hatten nichts auszusetzen. Sogar an den Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon hat der Gastgeber gedacht... Ebenfalls Top! ( Es sind halt immer,wie überall im Leben sonst auch, die Details auf die es ankommt. Danke für die zwei Nächte!
