Great value for money which would be perfect with a self check-in.

Great room for a very reasonable price. Clean and well equipped.

The only caveat is the self check-in system that doesn't work, prevents late check-ins and made me wait 30 minutes at the entrance for someone to come.

There were no glasses, . No possibility of communication with staff. They hung up on me twice. No air conditioner. Falsely advertised as a cozy two bedroom instead of one bedroom with two beds. This was a rip off.

Good location. Balcony was a plus.

TV, kitchen light, rubbish bin and refrigerator were broken. Kitchen sink was leaking. WiFi was extremely slow and barely useful. Oven was dirty, coffee machine and bedding (inlet) too. At least one separate bedside lamp would’ve been nice. Not worth the price per night.

It didn’t have air conditioning and the temperature was over 90f which made for a very hot room. There was also a bit of a strange smell in the room.

Not clean I found dirty towels in the wardrobe I had skin infection because floor was dirty The man to whom i did the Check in was rude and aggressive, he grabbed my wallet to take money und was aggressive when i couldnt understand how the door opens, even if he doesnt speak nor good english nor good german. Table and ridows were dirty.

Good place to stay a couple of nights although a few things were broken and a very limited kitchenware.

Everything was clean. The room was quite comfortable and has an excellent private bathroom, perfect for alone travellers or couples. Although there is no person on-site to attend you as there is no reception area, in case of any issue you can contact the supervisor in the booking app.

The sliding door of the entrance wardrobe was unable to open as it was broken. The kitchen hood was nearly to fall as there were some screws missing and the kitchenware was very limited (only a couple of forks, a small spoon, a couple of dishes, and a casserole were available). I missed having a pan and some more forks, spoons... Finally, some of the apartamento facilities that were announced in the booking app were missing. For example, there was no electric Kettle, no iron, no hairdryer.

The location was very nice and the apartments were very well kept.

We waited for over an hour for the keys, but after everything was good.

Getting the key was an over an hour after arrival was the worst part. On the website, it was not clear that they were studio apartments instead of a two bedroom apartment. And my third issue was the lack of parking. The gentleman that issued me the keys was kind enough to allow me to double park behind his vehicle. But aside from these issues, it was a nice place to stay.

Easy tram ride to town. Shower was good. Bed was good.

The lift doesn't work. The WiFi didn't work on the top floor. It worked in the stairwell at the ground. The TV remote was not working. It was missing a battery. I replaced them. The bedroom light was not working. These missing and non working features are not good enough for the price paid.

I WOULD LIKE TO NOT HAVE BEEN IN THIS PLACE NEVER

The girl who is managing the booking will not thread you well. If you have a problem forget to get any kind of answer or help from her side. I forgot 2 suit jackets in the apartment, they told me that they have them, and when I went back to the place suddenly the jackets dissapear. Both were from a high end brand. I was robbed and swindled by this place. The bathroom and elevator does not work.

Half the inventory was damaged or didn't work as it should. The microwave had been damaged and missed a handle, the sink in the kitchen was also damaged, the closet in the enterance was also broken and had gone off the slider. It seems like it has been a long time ago that the place had been looked through. And then there was the amount of disturbance we had. First we got woken up by someone who should look at our fridge? Which someone had stated was broken. This could have been done in a time where no one was staying in the appartment. And then we had some fellow young adults who didn't obey the quiet hours and had a party all night where they were screaming up and down the staircase.

A surprising hospitality experience I could live without

Most of the things about this place I didn't like, except maybe a few: - bedsheets were clean - shower was warm, it was warm inside the rooms (1, 2 floor) while the temperature was 0C outside - the towels were changed on request on day 3 - kitchen appliances mostly worked, the kitchen supplies are kept to an absolute minimum. - the maid was nice and friendly - the water came down from under the sink table in the bathroom so I messaged the host and the handyman came in to fix this in like 15 minutes, real fast - a recommendation for pizza lovers - Emilia Trattoria is a great place within 3 mins walking distance towards the mountains

- the 1st floor room smelled like an ashtray, absolutely horrible smell for a non-smokers and kids - other guests walked and made noise outside of the apartment for until 3 am, no consideration for quiet time, the apartment door doesn't provide any sound protection against such noises - freezer door would fall on first opening, didn't use it since then - kitchen hood light missing, kitchen hood fan made really loud noise, thank God it worked at all - no parking was made available to us. Even though it is advertised as something that can be possibly arranged. I've made multiple requests about parking and the host just stopped responding until the checkout. Oh, yes, the first time they said we could park in a blue zone until 8 am - a great advice considering the blue zones are never free in this area and parking at night doesn't cover the rest of the 24 hours we needed to keep our car somewhere - laundry room has no rules: your clothing can be taken out of the washer without your presence - TV didn't work, pretty gross-looking remote - I would strongly recommend to reconsider this place for families as the experience may be somewhat unsatisfying - we had two exact same rooms (on different floors) but the rooms were furnished differently: one of the rooms was missing the coffee maker and toaster, the other didn't have the second chair and a floor lamp. So, your expected accommodation could be pretty random.
