OK, there wasn't an actual vote, but we believe if there were, and based on feedback from previous guests, this luxurious home on Lake Anna would be declared the winner! It's like having your own private resort - seriously, you're going to love it here! Amazing views abound from throughout this beautiful, expansive home!

Enjoy the craftsmanship of this 4,000 sq.ft. residence. From the oversized brick fireplace and built-ins in the family room to the spa-like feel of the ensuite, this home has all the finishing touches. Shiplap, tray ceilings, and a gorgeous, gourmet chefs kitchen with a huge 9' island, farmhouse sink, gas range, under counter refrigerator and so much more help make this home one of a kind. Two master suites allow for privacy and an open concept kitchen/living space give you the gathering room you appreciate when escaping to Lake Anna.

Step out into the peaceful patio and you'll immediately be face-to-face with a breathtaking intimate and expansive view of the lake. But don't stop here, stroll down to the private boathouse and you'll surely be blown away by the awe-inspiring views and serene surroundings. The spacious enclosed boathouse is like a home away from your vacation home! Relax on the cushioned lounge chairs, and float on the clear waters of Lake Anna! This custom home has ample space for all of your gathering needs as well as all of the features that make it a luxurious getaway. A (visitor pass included) community salt water pool, tennis courts, boat launch and more are available for guest use during your stay. We believe all of this and then some make this spectacular home the obvious choice for your next Lake Anna getaway.

This home is located on the private side of Lake Anna and therefore, does not offer boat access to local marinas, restaurants, etc. The public side of Lake Anna is not accessible by water from the private side.

Compass Points offers 3 private ensuite bedrooms, each with a full bathroom. There is an additional bedroom with a twin day bed and trundle as well as a study with a pull out full size sofa bed. In the back of the house there is a bedroom with a pull out sofa (full size) and a private half bath just across the hall. Bunk beds are intentionally not provided in this Bed and Breakfast- like home, to reduce any safety risk to our guests. We take the personal safety of our guests very seriously.

Dining space is no issue! The kitchen dining table seats at least 6 people comfortable (6 or more chairs are available, though only 4 are pictured) Additionally, there is a large table which seats at least 6 (outside patio) and also a table for 6 inside the boathouse as well as a larger table on the boathouse deck! Not much beats eating a meal on the boathouse dock, listening to the calm of the water while watching the sunset reflect on the clouds and hill across the water.

Our guests consistently let us know of the wildlife they have been thrilled to see while visiting - deer, wild turkey, blue heron and majestic bald eagles! (there's an eagle nest across the water) The fishing is great here , we hear!

The boatlift is available for guest use for an additional fee.
