This house is a fully equipped kitchen, a formal dining area, and a game room complete with a pool table, and a foosball table! Large fire pit for perfect evening with friends and two level deck and covered screen porch. The lower level consists game room with beautiful flooring, wet bar and gas stone fireplace. along with 2 bedrooms and a full baths and a walk-out to you lower level patio and a large outdoor gas fire pit with plenty of seating and gorgious 250 feet of sandy shoreline with your own private beach, covered boat dock with lift. Outside our family of 15 loved the water, kayaks, fishing, and location. The house was more than adequate four our family of 8 adults and 7 kids ranging in ages from 3-17 the inside was a little dated

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house was beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our large group and was fully stocked with anything we needed.

This home is perfect for a large group including children. We had four couples all of which had their own bedroom and bathroom and three young school age boys. The boys had two bedrooms and a bath in the basement level along with foosball, pool table and private tv area. They loved it. The dock/boat house was nice with kayaks and blowup water toys(bring a pump) The lake water was very warm

Good Stay, But Needs Maintenance and Attention to DetailWe had a good 3-night stay overall for the price. The house is nice, big, well-equipped, and features great amenities like functional kayaks, an outdoor fireplace, a basement with a pool table, and a grill (needs starter maintenance).However, the stay was marred by several issues: * Privacy/Security Concern: The main bedroom door would not lock from the inside due to a broken clip and had a half-inch gap, significantly compromising privacy. This felt like a critical, non-negotiable issue. * Safety/Lighting: Driveway lights were not on after sunset, making the area dark. Given the presence of snakes nearby, good lighting is essential for safety when navigating outside at night. * Maintenance: While the host was quick to resolve a broken flush and shower issue, the grill starter needs fixing. * Pest Issues: We saw numerous large spiders on the house's exterior and a few inside, especially in the bath. The host should consider professional pest control.In summary, it's a nice property, but it requires more minor maintenance and attention to critical details (like the bedroom lock and outdoor lighting) to enhance the guest experience and earn a higher rating.
