Lake Anna is just a short drive and our beautiful waterfront home has it all for a spectacular time out in the countryside.

Our home is a beautiful place to spend with family, friends or business functions. Even though our home is very large, it is also a great place for couples too.

Whether you are looking through the wall of 'floor to ceiling windows'..... inside or out.....the views are spectacular.....Simply beautiful!

Expansive floor plan for easy access to most of the house on the main level including the Great Room, Master Bedroom and another bedroom, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining Room, Deck and Screened Porch without having to go up or down any steps. The Game Room and second living area are also on the main level. There is a paved walkway to the waterfront and boathouse and a sandy beach to play or relax.

You cannot find a better home on Lake Anna....just ask our past guests and they will let you know we aim to please and we take great care of our home so you will be able to create GREAT FAMILY MEMORIES.

Our home is a NON SMOKING HOME!

Must be 29 years or older to reserve our home. We do not allow High School Groups, College Groups, Fraternity Parties, Sorority Parties, Bachelor Parties or any other Non Family Type group activities at our home. Owners are diligent in their efforts to insure guests under the age of 29 are not allowed to rent our home or property without responsible adults in the group. If you are not 29 years of age or older and you book our property without written permission from the Owners....you will not be allowed to stay in our home and may forfeit your entire Damage Waiver Deposit. The person who makes the reservation and signs the Vacation Lease Agreement must be present in the house each day and night for the duration of the booking.

This is our second year here and it was even better than the first. Our family and friends enjoyed the lovely home, fishing off of the dock, playing numerous games on the expansive flat yard (badminton, soccer, volleyball, frisbee, cornhole and racing). In the evenings we used the firepit and played indoor games on the two dining tables. The boathouse accommodated our fishing boat and a pontoon that we rented. What a relaxing getaway and Mark is a fantastic and attentive host. We will be back next year!

The location was perfect, and had everything we need. We loved the beautiful lake front views and the long flat yard for our yard games. We stayed with 2 families and had plenty of space. The house is well maintained and the owner is very responsive.

The house is excellent. The massive window view of the lake is unparalleled. Everything about the set up is indulgent - multiple bars, well stocked kitchen, huge living room with very comfy furniture, huge deck, large gas grill, nice Adirondack chairs for relaxing and also tables and chairs for eating. The dock includes a screened in porch and swimming ladder, a kayak and a paddle board, plus a small sandy beach. The lawn includes a volleyball/badminton net. Mark was very communicative and responsive. We were fully warned that there would be no shampoo or soap for the shower, but found it onerous to bring for all 4 showers. We thought the place was completely clean but bath towels could have been fresher. Also keep in mind that the king bed on the first floor at the back of the house isn’t super convenient to a bathroom - put your younger people there!We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend with 11 of us in the house. We only wish we had much longer - we didn’t even get to try out the game room or fire pit.

We (myself and 9 buddies) had an excellent stay at Libby's Landing. The house was great - plenty of room to spread out and 10 beds so everyone got their own space to sleep. The main indoor draw of the house is an awesome great room where we spent most of our time when not outside. It was huge and even with 10 guys, there was more than enough room. The kitchen also had everything you'd need to prepare big meals. The outside was great too. We spent a lot of time at the firepit since we were there mid-October, but the deck/dock/yard were all very inviting and just tons of space. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a low stress place to stay with an excellent property manager that communicated well and was accurate in the description of their propety.

Libby’s Landing was the perfect getaway for my extended family despite the rainy weather. There were four generations, and we all enjoyed the beautiful home, grounds and boat house. We rented a pontoon and fished off the pier each day. The home was clean and tastefully decorated and the kitchen was extremely well stocked for all sorts of cooking. The game room was a hit with all the kids. Highly recommend this waterfront home and Mark is an excellent host.

If you choose this property, be aware that you need to supply some of the basics like bath soap and shampoo, a detail of which I may have missed in the instructions.

My friends and I wanted to celebrate 10 years of being together. There were 8 of us and this property was perfect. The house was beautiful and just as advertised. In fact, better than the pics. The large kitchen and 2 fridges were perfect for 8 ladies who enjoy cooking. The weather wasn't conducive to a lot of outdoor activities but we enjoyed just sitting around the fireplace and chatting. Beds were comfy and supplies were generous. One of the best appointed houses I've stayed in (plenty of dishes and good seating).

This is one of the best homes I've rented at Lake Anna. The home was lovely and in fabulous shape. It has a lovely view of the lake, great shore with sand, and flat access to the lake/dock from the house. The inside of the home is gorgeous as well, and well taken care of. We really appreciated that most rooms had multiple beds, which is ideal for larger groups. There was a lot of space to spread out, and a fun game room. We would definitely stay here again!

Looking for a perfect getaway where everything you need is onsite? Look no further than Libby’s Landing! The house looks like a large cabin and is warm and cozy inside. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean, it was exactly as described online. The pier out to the screen porch on the lake was great, we were able watch the Christmas light boat show on Saturday from the pier. Proximity to the state park, grocery store, and other activities was great as well. If we decide to travel to Lake Anna again, I would definitely try to rent this house again!

The house was nice. The living area was nice and big and plenty of room to spread out. The two tables offered lots of space for crafting. The yard is big. Dock is nice. Good walking neighborhood. We walked 4 miles each day. All the guests said that the beds were way too hard. Bathrooms dated. But overall, nice spot for larger groups.

Mark, the owner, is so great to work with. Very responsive to our inquiries. We all enjoyed the size of the great room as well as all the outdoor seating. Many of us do hope to stay here again. The one issue that was common with most of us is the beds were too hard. However with all our activities most of us still slept. One up grade I would recommend is adding a barn door to the game room as the noise travels upstairs (above the game room) truly a great place for all ages. Thank you for opening your home for others to enjoy.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in September at this beautiful home. We were a group of 9, all 50+ years old and all siblings or sibling in-laws. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and feel like home. We enjoyed the firepit every evening. We explored the lake, the nearby State Park, winery and tap house. Highly recommend ! Host Mark answered all of our questions quickly. We had never been to Lake Anna and we are now hooked.

We had a great experience at this place. House was very clean and the layout is great. Boathouse is also well maintained. Beautiful views of the lake. Only things I would mentioned to potential renters —1. you must bring all your own supplies for kitchens/bathrooms/etc (this is clearly stated in the description). 2. There were lots of geese around the beach/dock area so it got a little messy in the sand. Overall though, I strongly recommend staying here.

My daughters, niece, and nephews with their spouses joined us for a 4 day weekend by the lake. We had a great time both indoors and out. Spent a lot of time in the lake and/or in the boat house. Several hadn't seen each other in years so there was a lot of catching up being done. Several areas in and out for small or large groups to gather. Wi-Fi worked well as well. Some minor suggestions for the homeowner. I'd add a bedside light to each bedroom for those that may want to read while their partner may want to sleep. The freezer wasn't working the best. Ice cream was soft out of the container. Ice ran out in the pm with dinner and socializing in the evening. Maybe a few ice trays to handle the extra needs. Maybe a second kayak so that pairs could go out together. We handled that by bringing blow up kayaks. Nothing serious, but would have made the stay perfect. We'd rent the place again if we ever decide to come back to the region. Only one of our couples lives in Virginia so it's a trip.

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped. Between the awesome sand entrance to the lake and all the sports/games available, the kids had a blast and always had something to do. We had one issue/inconvenience while we were there and Mark could not have been any more responsive or communicative in working to resolve it. He was completely on top of things and we felt very well taken care of. Very much recommend this property and we hope to return sometime!
