About this house rental

Beautiful modern home in a secluded lake front setting on the public side. Private sand beach in perfect cove for swimming or laying out in the lake. Hot tub in lower deck area. Firewood provided for outdoor fireplace. Natural gas grill. Minutes away from restaurants, bars, grocery, etc. Kayak distance from the Cove, restaurant and bar. 12 feet deep at end of dock. Includes Starlink wireless internet and Dish cable with premium channels. Comes with paddle boards, canoe, kayaks, etc. Includes 4 full and 1 half baths. Rooms include 6 king beds (4 upstairs, 1 on the main floor, and 1 on the lower level), 1 queen bed on the lower level, and a bunk room with 2 full over full beds. Wake up to gorgeous sunrises over the lake with your gourmet coffee from the Miele espresso machine. Have cocktails on the huge deck and patio while the sun sets behind you casting breath-taking views over the lake. If you're the indoor type, catch up on your favorite shows on any one of our 42"+ flatscreen TVs in nearly every room, sharpen your pool game, practice your foosball, or play bartender behind the downstairs wet bar. Please inquire regarding large events as additional fees may apply or garbage, cleaning, etc. We also offer 1 or 2 jet skis for rent during the duration of your stay. If interested, inquire at least 2 weeks in advance because there are legal agreements to complete in advance. The jet skis will be waiting for you on the jet ski ramps when you show up with someone to walk you through how to operate them. Inquire for the rental prices on either 1 or 2 jet skis. Golf? For a fee, we can set up a time to play at the newly developed and private members only Cutalong Country Club.

The location, the house, and the overall space was beautiful and worked great for our 12 person Family Reunion Thanksgiving Celebration! We even were able to figure out how to have all of us eat together on Thanksgiving! Even in late November, we had one day in the 60’s and were able to use the kayak and paddle boards and some even went swimming! We had not expected to be able to do that!

The host was very responsive. I had the wrong address probably my mistake but we made it safely. There were a few hiccups but enjoyed our stay. A beautiful spacious home with great amenities with modern updates. We will plan our trip again next year.

The house was very nice. The dock area was especially entertaining for our grandchildren. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels, wash cloths, etc. The WiFi worked fine.

We enjoyed our stay overall—the location was great, the three refrigerators were useful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of lake toys. However, this was our second time renting the house, and for the high cost, we expected more. The coffee maker broke on day two, and the ice maker and warming drawer didn’t work. Several bedrooms lacked proper curtains, affecting both sleep and privacy. The dock no longer has a ladder, and the beach exit is rocky and eroded, making it unsafe—especially for older guests. Cleanliness was generally good, but the shower grout and grill were neglected, with the grill posing a safety risk.Chris was responsive during the stay and offered help, but his solutions would have disrupted our vacation. Post-trip communication has been difficult—we’ve had no updates on the issues listed, our security deposit, or the return of a valuable item we left behind.We made the most of our trip and love Lake Anna, but addressing these concerns would make the house worth its price.

Just a beautiful house and location! Had a great time enjoying the wonderful lake view and kayaking/canoeing ( provided by the host). The check-in, etc was seamles. The gourmet kitchen with all modern apppiances was fabulous including the spacious BBQ area.

Wonderful house, great dock and water access, very smooth communication with owners. We had lots of space for the 12-16 folks in our party. The common areas were very spacious and well set up, the hot tub was great after skiing, and sitting around the outdoor fire was wonderful. Would definitely rent this one again -- loved it!!!

I recently celebrated my wedding at Nirvanna at Lake Anna, and while the venue itself was beautiful, the overall experience was far from great. The owner and management were incredibly disappointing. They charged me an "event fee" of 1000, which seemed excessive for what was provided. The place was supposed to be cleaned and ready for us, but when we arrived, the outdoor area was a disaster. My husband and a friend had to spend time spraying water, blowing leaves, and cleaning up the mess themselves. On top of that, there was a terrible odor outside due to trash not being taken out for who knows how long. We even had to spend additional money on cleaning the backyard and removing the terrible odor, which took us about 3 hours.I called the owner, who admitted that the trash hadn't been removed. Despite this, they still tried to charge me an additional 1500 for absolutely nothing. They claimed we had damaged the dining table and door, which was completely false. We hadn't done any harm to anything. When we left, we made sure the place was spotless, with no dishes left and everything in order, yet they still tried to accuse us of things we didn't do. Thankfully, Vrbo was able to cancel these unjust charges because there was no proof to back them up.Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please be cautious if you decide to book here!

The house was really nice and accommodating to my family but the only downfall was the bees and they seemed like they were multiplying while we were sitting outside and the house and outdoor furniture had bird poop all over so we couldn’t really sit and enjoy because we had to clean the furniture

The house is amazing. 7 great bedrooms and a lovely kitchen and dining room. Lots of space in the front and backyard to play. We were there in winter, so did not get to take advantage of the lake, but did make use of the hot tub and fire places. The owners are very responsive and were great to work with. Definitely would rent again.

Nirv'Anna was a great place to gather our family for the holidays. It was plenty big enough for our family of 13. The outside fireplace was a big draw. We had a few hiccups with entry but it was resolved quickly. The open space living area was a great place to hang out. The kitchen was great... loved the expresso machine. Thanks Nirv'Anna!

This spacious property offered everything we hoped for in a winter getaway: lovely view, comfy bedrooms for all, great kitchen, oodles of amusements (foosball! Pool table! Games! TVs!), a lovely hot tub, outdoor lawn for Frisbee play ,and a dock on the lake from which several of us did BRISK morning plunges!

We had our entire wedding party stay together here this past weekend and had a great time. The VRBO was conveniently located close to our venue and the accommodations fit exactly what we needed. We came to a wedding 39 minutes away and decided to make a week out of it. Property is well located on a quiet cove with all the toys - canoes, paddle boards, kayaks. This is a beautiful place. Great rooms with beautiful views. Kitchen was excellent-hardly had to open the big trunk of cooking stuff I bring along for all our family vacations. Enough refrigerator room for all of the stuff we were eating. Everyone enjoyed the pier and and double deck. The walkers and runners in the group loved the very private, very long drive and were out every day getting their exercise. Had a great vacation-stayed here 2 weeks.

A group of 8 couples joined for a weekend retreat and we had a wonderful time. There is room to spread out as well as share time together. A wonderfully well stocked kitchen and fantastic outdoor space. It was very easy to communicate with Chris, the host and he was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

We had a large group stay for an extended Easter weekend and this home is amazing! The kitchen was newly renovated and the floors in the basement were also new. Callie clearly takes care of this place. In addition, she was very fast to respond to any questions. We enjoyed evenings by the outdoor fireplace, fishing, and the canoe/kayaks. There is plenty of room for everyone to gather or have their own space. I would highly recommend Nirv'Anna to anyone looking for a beautiful and functional location for larger groups.

Perfect size and great amenities for a group of 17 adults. The owners were responsive leading up to and during our stay, answering any questions promptly. The house and grounds are quite private and offer beautiful views. The amenities (pool table, foosball table, hot tub, lake front, kayaks/canoes/SUPs) were all in great working order and led to a lot of fun. Our group all agreed that we would love to plan another trip to Nirv'Anna!

Our team of 7 had a 3 day work retreat and loved the space at Nirv'Anna. Everyone had their own room and the living space was great for having an all day meeting. We loved the property. The location was a piece of heaven. My family fished from the private pier, canoed, played corn hole, card games, board games, grilled and cooked. It was a great fit for our family. A memorable vacation.
