HERON POINTE: 250ft waterfront, private beach, gas firepits, updated kitchen, outdoor bar, ping-pong and yard games!

WELCOME TO HERON POINTE – Beautiful open concept 3,500 sf home with exceptional views from the moment you walk through the door, highlighted by a spectacular two story wall of windows and gorgeous stone fireplace. Enjoy four bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, large yard complete with games for everyone, and amazing private dock with gas grill, large covered seating area and outdoor bar!
The space:
The house is part of “The Waters” community on the private side of Lake Anna. The Waters is the only community on Lake Anna with a community swimming pool and tennis/pickleball courts. There is also a private boat launch where you can put your boat in the lake.
OUTDOORS
Play games in the yard, relax on one of many seating and dining areas, explore the lake by kayak, or bring a float and a beverage and float right off the dock. Tie your boat up at the dock. Go fishing off the pier. Enjoy your morning coffee on the elevated deck - you won't tire of the view. Hone your golf shot with the floating golf green or play yard games with the family all afternoon. Lay out on the beach and go night swimming under the stars in the warm water. Grill your favorite meal and then try to decide which of the fabulous places to have happy hour and dinner. Stay connected anywhere on the property with our high-speed wifi. You will never run out of activities here!

5. Provided: 2 kayaks, stand-up paddleboard, corn hole, badminton, croquet, bocce, kan-jam, giant jenga, spikeball, floating golf green
6. Bring your own: boat, floats, golf clubs/floating practice balls, fishing gear, beach towels
7. Enjoy the community pool/tennis/pickleball and boat launch.
INDOORS
Walk into the spectacular updated living room with a two story wall of windows overlooking the yard and lake. The amazing updated kitchen has everything you will need! Choose from many different indoor and outdoor dining areas to enjoy your gourmet meals with the whole family. Downstairs, keep yourself entertained with a 65” smart tv, board games, and a ping pong table. There is no shortage of comfy places to relax, tables to dine at, or things to do!
1. Upstairs living room: Large stone fireplace, huge comfy couch and 55” smart tv
2. Screened-in porch off the kitchen provides an extra full size refrigerator, small dining table, and a cozy seating area with a gas fire pit.
3. Dining: Inside, find a dining table seating 10 and a dining table seating 4. On the upper deck, enjoy the 5 burner gas grill, utilize the 8 person dining table and the romantic 2 person bistro table. Multiple dining tables at the dock can be used for outdoor dining, and enjoy happy hour at the 4 person bistro table on the private pier.

6. Kitchen is stocked for more than just your average meal. On top of the basics, enjoy a Keurig coffee pot, griddle, crockpot(2), blender, toaster(2), large stock pot(2), and many trays and platters to display your meal!

Enjoy premium mattresses and linens for 13 people in 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and smart tv. There are two additional twin beds in the downstairs living area, accommodating up to 15!

1. Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2): King bed with walk-in closet and private 5 piece bathroom with dual-vanity, huge soaking tub, and separate standing shower. Spectacular lake views with sliding doors onto the upper patio.
2. Bedroom 2 (sleeps 3): King bed and twin bed. Private bathroom with standing shower.
3. Half bath in hallway off of living room

Amazing house. The outdoor spaces in particular - porch, deck, flat grassy yard, and of course the dock! - are just fantastic. Tons of space for all 8 of us to be together when we wanted and apart when we didn’t want:) Lots of yard games - we played a LOT of bocce. Kayaks were nice. Great location in terms of proximity to grocery and other parts of lake. Neighborhood is big so you can explore by bike/walk without hitting the busier main roads. Owner is responsive and helpful. Overall fantastic. The one quibble: “private side” LKA water is super warm. We knew what we were signing up for, especially in August, but it still surprised us. That said, we got used to it. And the house and amenities made up well for that quibble.

This home is perfect if you want to getaway and never have to leave! We had 2 families, total of 10 of us ( 6 kids) and we all had a blast. The kids could stay on the lower level and had everything they needed to entertain themselves.
The dock and decks were great to enjoy at all times!
It was peaceful and clean!
The only suggestion is to have the trash picked up twice a week. The cans end up overflowing between the prior guest clean up and the 5 days of the new guest building up.
We hope to go back again!

Our family had a wonderful time on Lake Anna. Our rental was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities necessary for a great experience.
