Internally, Point Breeze accommodates up to 20 guests maximum, at any time. Parking is available for 7 cars maximum, limited to driveway only.

Externally, the main level deck is ideal for relaxing in the sun and dining. Our premier waterfront pool and patio is the perfect area for sunbathing, escaping the summer heat, and enjoying the game with our covered outdoor TV and lounge area. In the evenings, enjoy our covered hot tub area and play cornhole in the shade of our deck. With nearly 100 feet of waterfront on the private side of Lake Anna, we trust all discerning folks looking for a premium vacation experience will find it at this residence.

This stylish and spacious three-level residence has floor to ceiling windows where you can enjoy panoramic views of the lake including a serene sunrise and sunset sky. The unique decor brings out all the best features of the open-plan living spaces. The main and lake level kitchens are fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and top-level finishes made for any skilled chef.

Point Breeze’s lake level consists of two exciting game areas containing a pool table, foosball, and basketball; coupled with a video arcade, and karaoke machine creates a fun gathering spot that walks out to a hot tub, and covered seating area. The finished garage offers another gamers paradise with ping pong, cornhole, together with another television, creating a sport fanatic’s dream oasis.

There is a flat top griddle for use outside for all your grilling needs, and 2 full-size refrigerators on the property to hold all your food and drinks. Boats can tie up to the dock. And with kayak gear at hand, you’ll want to spend most of your time on the waters of Lake Anna.

Boat Launch: Take a right out of the driveway, turn left on the first road, and follow around to the end. Keep going onto the gravel path to the community dock area. Boat launch is in the middle.

Dock: Please swim at your own risk, and do not dive. The water at the end of the dock is 5-feet deep. There is a life ring on the dock for emergency use only.

Kayaks: A total of 4 sit-on kayaks are available for your enjoyment. Each kayak is 10-feet long and can hold up to 300 lbs. Please return to original location.

Stand Up Paddleboards: A total of 3 stand up paddleboards are available for your enjoyment.

Life Vests: Assorted life vests are provided for your convenience, in the deck box on the side of the house next to the kayaks. Sizes available for kids and adults up to 3X. Please return to original location.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

You must be 26 or older to rent this property.

No smoking is permitted on the premises.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

No Group events or parties are allowed.

Maximum occupancy is 20, daytime or overnight.

No parking on the grass or on the street. There is free paved parking available for up to 7 vehicles.

Please be gentle, we are on a septic system for drainage. In the kitchen, kindly discard food debris, cooking oils, grease, coffee grinds, etc. in the trash. In the bathrooms, please do not flush sanitary products, wipes, paper towels, etc.

Please be mindful of neighbors. Some live here full-time and have a right to quiet enjoyment. Any disturbance of the peace, no matter the time of day, can be reported by the neighbors to the police.

There is a private dock directly behind the home. Please swim at your own risk, and do not dive. The water at the end of the dock is 5-feet deep. There is a life ring on the dock for emergency use only.

Streaming services are available on all TVs, requires guest login.

If we are called to the property for excessive noise, intentional damage, higher occupancy of people or cars than is allowed, we can and will evict you from the property.
