About this house rental
Spacious 6-bedroom waterfront home on a quiet cove at Lake Anna, designed for large families and group getaways. Sleeps up to 21 with multiple living areas and a private dock that accommodates up to 3 boats. Also includes access to a private boat ramp within the HOA (a rare convenience at Lake Anna).
Peak summer weeks follow a Saturday-to-Saturday schedule for a full lake experience.
We’ve been coming to Lake Anna for over 45 years, and this property has been part of our family for more than 15 of those years. Many of our most meaningful memories have been made here - time on the water, family meals, and evenings spent together. We’re glad to share it so you and your group can create your own.
In 2019, we built this fully furnished, 4,700 sq ft waterfront home with one goal in mind - to create a space for people to gather. With 6 bedrooms, multiple living areas, and room to sleep up to 21 guests, it’s ideal for large families or multiple groups sharing the home.

The home is located on the public side of Lake Anna, on a quieter cove off the northwest side near Route 522.

Gorgeous location with some incredible views. Easy access to the lake via a big dock. The host was very accommodating and I appreciated his communicativeness and willingness to host us! A few minor things throughout the house didn't fully work, but as a whole it slept all of us comfortably and was well worth the price.

We had three families sharing the house for a long weekend on the lake. It was a great size for our group of 11, with plenty of space for everyone. Mark (the owner) was especially responsive, providing clear check-in instructions and staying in touch throughout for any questions/issues.The house has great lake access on a quieter area of the lake with ample space for boat tie ups at the dock. We very much enjoyed our stay!
