Step into the beauty and comfort of this peaceful, south-facing retreat, where year-round sunrises and sunsets will make for an unforgettable vacation! You may even spot bald eagles flying nearby and watch them roost in the tall trees across the lake. You'll notice on the dock there is a dog-friendly swim ladder that has wide-steps and is gently angled, making it easy to get in the water for the whole family and the family pup. End the evenings gathered around the firepit, and don't forget to cast your eyes skyward to see the millions of stars filling up the night sky. This home also features a well-equipped, full kitchen with a wet bar, a Ping-Pong table, and a large, furnished patio with a gas grill.

Enjoy the convenience of fishing right off your private dock, where bass is a frequent catch. You can also venture over to Lake Anna State Park, just 15 miles away, offering multiple options for hiking, swimming, and pier fishing. Or take a short drive to the quaint town of Mineral, where you'll find the Coyote Hole Cidery, Lake Anna Winery, Cooling Pond Brewery, and much more.

Guests should not drive or park on the front lawn. The septic is in the front lawn. Please park in the back.

Private Dock Seating: There is no permanent seating installed on the dock. If you'd like to have seating, be sure to bring your own.

Fishing will require a Virginia Fishing License.
There is a boat launch in the neighborhood free for guests to use. More information will be provided in the home's guest binder upon check-in.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
