You could have a family of 20 in the home, and still have plenty of private space! Home theater room with seating for 9 with 100" screen to watch movies, or even Sunday NFL Ticket with DirecTV included. 2 additional 65" Samsung TVs are provided in the family room as well as the rec-room. The rec room features a full kitchen as well so no need to keep running upstairs for snacks!!!
