The ultimate lake vacation awaits! Welcome to Sunrise at Lake Anna, a newly renovated luxury home in the coveted Sunrise Bay neighborhood. This 3-acre waterfront paradise has 6000 sqft of indoor and 5000 sqft of outdoor living on a secluded inlet that’s a short drive or sail to the restaurants and nightlife that make the public side of Lake Anna so popular.

The house is designed for large groups, with fifteen beds in seven rooms (pls seven additional beds for flexible sleeping), four bathrooms, and two indoor living areas to spread out and enjoy one another.

Spend your days exploring the lake on our kayaks and paddleboard, lounging by the water, practicing your golf game, dinking on the pickleball court, or napping on the sleeping porch.

In the evening, relax in the hot tub, watch a movie under the stars, relive your glory days in the arcade, and roast marshmallows over the fire.

The large, fully-appointed kitchen has double appliances and everything needed to make and serve food for a crowd. And there’s enough seating for your whole party to eat together, either in the indoor great room or on the dining deck overlooking the water.

For a treat, head out to enjoy The Cove, Tim's, Below Deck Pizza, Coyote Hole, Moo Thru (our fav!), and other hotspots, all within a 10min drive (or 20min sail).

13 great friends spent 3 days enjoying the firepit and fireplace outside. The grill was perfect and the garage entertainment space was amazing when we wanted to be indoors. We had tons of room to spread out and comfortably sleep.

What an incredible property! Super kid and family friendly with lots of extra sleeping options and toys and books for the kids. The giant porches, arcade games and dock with lily pad and kayaks were a highlight for us! We had more room than we needed with three families there - this place is huge!

Beyond expectations! This was perfect for our larfe group work retreat. Everyone had a spa e to stay a dthere were enough rokms and activities to ge alone or in a small group a d large areas to meet as a team. We are most definitely booking again!

The property was absolutely amazing - from the game room to the dock with its kayaks, floaties, paddle boards - was a bit of a trek to get to the dock but well worth it - to the hot tub. The only thing which was very disappointing was not being able to sit outside and enjoy the much publicized deck and fireplaces. The insects covered the deck furniture and made it impossible to sit on. We mentioned this to the owner, but was told that is life at the lake. We went out to purchase bug spray so that at least when walking in and out of the house we were free of bugs. (Friends of ours stayed also at a home on the lake in Mineral and their owners sent someone in to power wash the premises.) All in all we would recommend this property to family and friends, and, would think of returning next summer. Kudos to the owners.

The house is gorgeous, and the lake view is incredible! But the best part of our Thanksgiving Week here was the amazing customer service of the owners. They bent over backwards to assist us and were just wonderful to work with. There were 17 of us and everyone was comfortable and happy here. I cannot recommend this house enough! Just delightful all around!

We had a great time staying with a group and our kids at this lake house. The open-concept great room upstairs was a comfortable spot to hang out in, and the bedrooms were sizable. Clean, beautiful, and functional. Would highly reccommend!

The house was a nice size for our family of 17. We enjoyed being together in a house big enough. The big kitchen and dining areas was awesome, everyone ate at the same time . Loved the layout of bedrooms. The boat house and lake was very enjoyable. The kids loved it .

Beautifully remodeled, very comfortable. Boat beds are definitely not suitable for anyone older than 10. Lovely views of the lake, some window coverings would have helped on the extreme hot days. Overall , excellent experience lots of fun on the lake . Highly recommend.

This property was absolutely amazing and delivered well beyond what was promised! We came here for a martial arts instructors retreat for Father’s Day weekend and it was one of the best trips we’ve ever had. The hosts were very responsive, kind, and accommodating. The view and location on the lake was world class. Everything that you could possibly need to make it a perfect getaway vacation was provided and on hand. Can’t wait to go back again soon!

the house was perfect for our family of 11! kayaks and paddle board and pedal boat for your use was absolutely perfect! the kids and adults spent every day at the boathouse and time on the lake fishing and swimming. screened in porch made it comfortable when out of the sun. at night we had billiards and foosball to play. kitchen had everything you need for all of us and the Blackstone grill was the best. made every meal on it! we all hope to make this a yearly event for our family, it was just wonderful! thank you for your hospitality!

The property was exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend for large groups. Lots of space and bedrooms. Plenty to do in the house and outside. Enjoyed the long weekend with family. Only one negative, the outside of the house was not very clean, lots of bugs and spider webs on doors and windows. Definitely would return to the this house in the future and make it a longer stay.

This house has lots of room and fun things to do. The dock was so nice and on a quiet part of the lake. Plenty of kayaks and boards for the water. Two living rooms so everyone could do multiple activities (it was pretty hot outside one day). We did a hike at Lake Anna state park, only 11 min away. The kitchen was great with lots of appliances like waffle makers and a Ninja blender. A great place for the whole family!

My husband, two grown sons and their families along with my sister law stayed at the house. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable accommodations. Kitchen was great with plenty of supplies. We cooked every meal but one at the house. Paddle boards and kayaks were awesome. Fire pit was great. Pool table and ping pong table got a lot of use. We will definitely stay again.

Stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed every moment of it. House was as described. 7 bedrooms. 4 bathrooms. Linens and plenty of towels included. Kitchen with adequate cooking utensils. This property is so spacious and had the most amazing views of the lake! With such good April weather, a favorite past time was just staring at the lake from the large picture windows. The home is well stocked and has space for the whole family; we enjoyed that we could all eat dinner at the same table, which is especially rare in rental homes. It was a pleasant surprise to find so many games, books, and toys for everyone in our party (ages 5 and up). Our hosts were responsive and helpful, and the welcome book in the home gave great information on the local area. We loved walking in the neighborhood and to the park and had great experiences with all the neighbors. We would absolutely stay again!

This house is amazing! As soon as we walked through the door we could see the lake out of the huge windows. House was so spacious and had literally everything we needed. Kids loved the kayaks and the paddle boat. The pool table was a big hit! We will be back for sure!

From the booking process to the time we left everything was wonderful. Kermit was so helpful when booking because we were looking for a place large enough and close enough to DC to hold a small class of high school seniors and their chaperones. This place was perfect. The bunk room had enough room for the girls to stay in and the other rooms housed 2 sets of parents, teacher and the young men in the class. The view is absolutely beautiful of the lake. The home was furnished with more than enough kitchen equipment to make dinner and breakfast. The linens that were furnished were great. The beds were very comfortable. I wish that we had been able to spend more time at the home itself and not on the road doing activities. It was a great central location to DC though. I would love to use the property again if we are in the area.

We were a group of 13 coming together for a family Christmas. We came from different parts of the area. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this property so much room to spread out. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen space more than accommodated our group. The owner was available and was very nice to let us check in early because of weather, we are looking to come back either in the summer time or maybe another Christmas!

Our family stayed here for a long weekend and it was simply amazing. The location, location, location could not be beat. The water was incredibly warm, and we loved all the amenities of the boathouse. Everyone loved kayaking and paddleboarding and the kids were delighted with the sand box. It is a lovely house with nice views of the lake, a superb dock offering sun, shaded, and enclosed areas, water sports equipment (kayaks, paddle boards, etc.), and the option to bring pets. The kitchen was well stocked - important to us as we cook all our dinners. It was the first kitchen I've seen with three microwaves. We had a problem with the air conditioning on the upper floor, but a repair person was there the morning after we called and fixed it. The owner/manager was very responsive to our questions.
