This exclusive waterfront home sits on the 'warm' private side of Lake Anna. It is situated on a very secluded private lot with 500 feet of waterfront and 70 feet of beach. The water depth off the beach starts around 2 feet and slopes gradually to deeper water with a hard sandy bottom perfect for swimming and playing. Beautiful property, well maintained - Air Conditioning works very well. Game room is great, caught catfish from the dock.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. First and foremost, the house was very clean. House layout, with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, worked out great as the family with young kids had the lower level to themselves. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Big grassy yard lead down to the lake, where many fun hours were spent. Deck with picnic tables and the gas grill were also put to good use. The owner was in contact with us after our reservation was confirmed to ask if we had any questions or if he could help in any way…very helpful. Everyone had a great week.

Once again we had a great time with family and friends. Jan is a good host, very responsive and attentive. This time we had the opportunity to meet him in person. The house is right in front of the lake which allowed us to take advantage of it. We rented paddle boards and kayaks fromLake Anna Outfitters for our stay which was a hit, especially with the kids. Overall a great house and great location for some down time with family and friends. We’ll be back for sure!
