Caribe East C sleeps up to 40 guests and its two sides are available individually as Caribe East A and Caribe East B. The house next door, Caribe West C, is a mirror image of this home and also available. If you need room for up to 80 guests for a family reunion or other event then rent both Caribe East C and Caribe West C as Moar at Caribe through Southern.
When it comes to getting together for a family reunion or even a corporate retreat, there truly is nothing like Caribe East C. Discover plentiful space for everyone, with 16 bedrooms, 16 ensuite bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. The first floor hosts the second and third bedrooms, both with full bathrooms, the living room, kitchen, and half bathroom. In the living room, impress your guests with a cocktail at the wet bar equipped with a wine cooler. Then, head out through the living room to a private patio deck, featuring sweeping Gulf views along with a private pool and grill.
On the second floor, discover the Gulf-front primary bedroom. This bedroom also features balcony access along with its own ensuite bathroom. Additionally, on the third floor find the fourth and fifth bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, also with walk-in showers.
Then, on the third floor, discover an additional Gulf-front primary bedroom. Enjoy panoramic views from your own private balcony as well as an ensuite bathroom. Spacious home with plenty of room for our party of 32. Great for families with beach access and nice pool. Close to shops/restaurants. Enjoyed our stay, would definitely return.

Great location and love that it's directly on the beach! Nice pool area but would have been crowded had we not had both sides of the house! Thankfully we had the pool to ourselves! House is nice but for the amount of people it holds the kitchen and living room area is extremely small! Also, for the price you pay this house needs some major updates! We did have issues with electrical sockets not working but they did have them fixed the same day which I greatly appreciated! Overall we had a great time and the location is great because it's close to everything!
