Charming Beach Cottage in the Woods! Sand Hill Cottage is a 2 bed/2 bath cottage in the woods - a perfect location! Nestled on 3/4 of an acre, Sand Hill Cottage is a short, 2-minute drive to the closest Fort Morgan beach. New to the rental market in 2022, this pet and mobility friendly cottage is located on a private, wooded lot close to everything Fort Morgan has to offer. There are updated cabinets and new granite in the baths and the kitchen and a new, reverse-osmosis water filtration system completes the new kitchen. NEW FOR 2024: a 400 sq ft, composite deck! Enjoy the outdoor life on the brand new, large composite material deck, complete with outdoor furniture! Updates for 2024 also include a new, walk in shower in the master bath and an updated tub/tile combo in the guest bath.
Sand Hill Cottage has a semi-fenced in yard (always keep an eye on your pet) so your fur baby can enjoy vacation, too! It offers single floor living approximately 6 miles from Gulf Shores Parkway. Sand Hill Cottage is close to the Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores and Orange Beaches. Fort Morgan, unlike Gulf Shores, is known for less traffic, less noise, and fewer people on the beach – even during the peak summer season. Why spend your vacation packed in like a sardine when the Fort Morgan beaches offer a chance for real peace and quiet? Grocery stores and restaurants are just down the road. SHC is only a short distance from the Jeff Friend Trail and Mo's Landing. The home offers everything you need to make your vacation to the Alabama Gulf Coast memorable!

The house was just a pictured. I have to say, this was the first rental that I have stayed at that I didn't clean first or feel the need to clean!! The place was amazing, and Sarah was just as great!! I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again.

House was very clean. Everything we needed was supplied. Owner was nice and engaging.
Has a nice fenced in yard. It’s small but adequate for letting the fur babies off a leash.

We were in town for Family Reunion, found this beautiful home that fit perfectly for us.
Such a beautiful private location.
House was Amazing, clean and spacious.
Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, showers were excellent!
Wonderful Artwork !
Grounds around the house were lovely, beautiful plants!
We loved the fun lights in the back yard.
I would highly recommend Sand Hill Cottage!
