1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 40 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Location was great if you like to be away from large crowds as we do. Beware that DoorDash/Uber eats does not deliver to this area!
The lagoon was great for fishing and the walk to the beach was close.
The house was set up well, and all of the furniture was comfortable, including the beds and mattresses. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils, however, no salt, pepper, basic condiments, spices, etc.
Very basic provisions for toilet paper, paper towel, laundry soap, and dish soap for a house that states it sleeps 12.
The lanai was screened in and kept insects away, and we watched beautiful sunsets from the back deck. The pool was wonderful until it became cloudy and green after a few days and no one from the management company came to address the situation despite numerous attempts.
Be aware of storms knocking out the hot water heater. The management company was prompt in responding to this concern early on in the trip.
Overall I would recommend this home, but not the managing company.
