The Pelican sits directly on Little Lagoon and is just across the street from the beach—yet thanks to a convenient pass bridge, you’ll enjoy safe, easy beach access without crossing traffic! Spend your mornings on sugar-white sands and your evenings fishing or kayaking from the neighborhood’s private pier.
Entertain effortlessly in the large, sunlit Living Room, featuring a plush sectional, reclining sleeper sofa, and recliner—perfect for movie nights or mid-day siestas. The open-concept Kitchen dazzles with ample cabinetry, stainless appliances, complete cookware, and a center island with bar seating.
Dine indoors or al fresco: the expansive wrap-around balcony invites you to sip morning coffee overlooking the lagoon or dine under the stars with Gulf breezes all around. Downstairs, the ground-level grilling area, picnic spot, and outdoor shower take your waterfront living to the next level.

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property.
*PARKING: Covered parking is available underneath the house and additional vehicles are allowed to park in the driveway. Do not park on the grass or in/on the street. Parking permits are not required.
*PETS: This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during
your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid
prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $150.00 plus tax per pet. Any damages
caused by your pet(s) or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your
responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at
any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in
being fined and/or evicted.
*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.
*CANCELLATION: In the event you have to cancel we will work with you as much as possible, however we do have a Cancellation Policy in place. Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, . Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.

The house is super cute and close to the ocean side, with just a short walk. The interior needs some TLC, such as a paint refresh and there is tile in the kitchen that needs to be fixed.The railings on the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms and railing on the top floor are very unstable, which made me nervous with a small child in the house. The kitchen could also use more essential items/utensils, we found that there were things we needed that were not there. Overall the stay was great and we enjoyed our time for spring break as a family, it just needs some things to make it better.

The house was beautiful and the walk to the beach was short. The beds were not the most comfortable and there was a noticeable lack of mixing/serving bowls in the house. Fortunately we brought bowls and dish towels.
We spent a lot of time on the deck, which was great. We were surprised how much trash was on the beach!

While we loved the layout of the house, this house is in need of some serious TLC. We started with 3 of the beds had large urine stains on them and had not been changed or cleaned. Housekeeping did come and replaced the mattress pads and sheets after I called the host. There was a broken, loose tile in the kitchen floor. Also, one of the cabinet doors would not stay closed - there was Velcro placed to try to hold it shut but it was worn and didn’t work any longer. The railings on the stairs were loose and not very supportive. The master bed was old/broken and you could barely move without the bed creaking loudly and waking up the other person. The entertainment center in living room looked as if it had not been dusted in a while. We were worried about the street noise because of the bridge nearby, but you couldn’t really hear it because of them dredging the channel every day starting early in the morning and running until about 4 pm. I don’t know if this is there year round. We had a fun time together with our family dispute some of the little nuisances.
