This property was the perfect amount of space for our family, was in close proximity to the beach, and was close to other things to do. We also enjoyed being right next to the pool entrance. The host was super quick at responding to any questions we had. My only complaint would be that it was difficult keeping upstairs cool, thankfully we brought portable fans.

Owners are incredibly responsive. The unit is exactly as advertised so there were no surprises. The location was great for us. We loved the layout of the house with bedrooms all upstairs with a bathroom on the main floor. Having bikes, a beach wagon and beach toys was amazing. Beach towels are rare to get and this house had tons! Also, checkout was super easy - they don't ask you to do a ton of things.

Overall, we loved the property. Rooms were clean, nice and well decorated. Loved the pool side view. The only thing we wasn't happy with was the walk to the beach. With all of the small kids/babies, we had to walk quite aways down the highway to get to the beach access walkway. Took longer than 3 minutes! We had alot to carry and it was dangerous with all the cars flying by so fast. Also, the grill ran out of gas halfway through cooking burgers on the first time we even used it. But other than that, everything was great.

The house is beautiful, the owners are very helpful and we’re responsive through the whole process. In the end, I think we just picked the wrong house for our needs. It was 5 moms 9 kids under the age of 11 on our yearly trip to the beach.
It is NOT a short walk to the beach. One option is to walk down the side of a very busy road with no median. Not safe with little ones while also lugging beach gear. The other option is to walk on a path through the back of the neighborhood where both options drop you into a parking lot. From there you walk in sand, under a sketchy bridge that often had interesting characters hanging out on the rocks. From that point you start the journey to a set up location on the beach and it’s FAR!!! Especially with beach gear for kids. Did I mention that it is FAR? You are also near a sea wall that has constant current pulling you towards the bridge. On the bright side there is a lifeguard posted there!
The location of the condo sits in a “u” and in the middle of the “u” is a pool which is cool because we could sit on the porch and watch the kids swim! With that said, you are also looking at every neighbor, you can touch the neighbor next to you.
You are at the mercy of hearing their loud music, drunk conversations etc. and for us having small kids it was a little to close for comfort.
I also want to mention that if you are planning on using air mattresses in the bed rooms, that’s not an option. We brought toddler size blow ups and they did not fit. The rooms are VERY TIGHT and while it’s a great use of space there is very little room. Not even enough room to leave your suitcase next to the bed.
We also wished there were blinds on the front door. At night the people in the “u” can see in and that was a little awkward for the people sleeping on the pullout couch.
It’s a beautiful home. It Would be great for a large family to rent all of the condos in that “u”! Plenty of parking underneath. We fit 4 large SUV’s.
