LOCATION:
Top priority ......this Blue Runner really property is located at the Beach Access. The convenience of this property location cannot be stressed enough; the beach access points are limited. Property is close to town, activities and grocery stores but away from the high rise congestion.
SIZE:
The house sleeps 17 with a very spacious & open floor plan.
First Floor:
* Family area with 3 couches and arm chairs
* Full stocked kitchen, dining and bar area that accommodates ALL GUESTS for meals
*Keurig and std filter coffee maker (pot)
* Beautiful king bedroom with balcony
* Full bathroom
Second Floor:
* Primary king bedroom & ensuite bathroom with balcony,
* Queen bedroom with balcony
* Bedroom with 2 full beds (sleeps 4) with balcony
* Bunk room that sleeps 5. Plus a small couch.
* Double sink full bathroom with a privacy door for the toilet/shower area
FEATURES:
* Enormous saline pool directly out the front door as part of a small 5 unit complex
* Waterpark with timer (also right out the front door)
* High Speed internet & Wifi TV's in every room to access your streaming account
* Full size Washer & Dryer in a full laundry room (not a hall closet)
* Two portable twin mattresses (instead of broken sofa beds) to be placed as needed
* Free covered parking for 3-4 vehicles. Add'l paid street parking.
* EXTRA storage room REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER for overflow drinks and bags of ice.
* Ground level storage room with chairs, beach cart, umbrella, beach/pool toys, boogie boards, floatation devices, buckets, and cooler. Condition of these items vary, but this is an extra that most don't provide.
* Board games and player
* HOT WATER enclosed outdoor shower
* Charcoal grill
* Pet friendly: $250 PER pet. Must disclose to host; Add'l pet fee to be added after booking. ($750 fee for non-disclosure)
* Ground level picnic table for outside dining
* Freshwater rinse and restroom at beach access
* If you have little ones or looking for a different beach setting, there is a fantastic lagoon pass beach just to the West (see picture).
* Linens and bath towels are provided. "Starter" soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towel roll and trash bag are also provided. Bring your own beach towels!

The kids loved the pool.

Everything was excellent, the space, the cleanliness, the LOCATION, the comfort. Two, very minor things to note - a few of the beach materials in the closet were in near-unusable shape - particularly the umbrellas and wagons. Also, the pictures show rugs in each room, but they are not there any longer.

Very close to beach. Had everything we needed at the beach.

Need to update the beach supplies. Chairs were moldy, and broke along with the beach umbrella and pop-up tent. We did not bring extra beach gear because it was stated that it was provided. Doors do not shut completely and we were short on sheets for the bunk beds. We did enjoy our time at the property and the location was fantastic.
