Please note that a portion of this home can be closed off to make a “mother-in-law” suite with 2-3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area separated from the rest of the house. If this area is not closed off, two bedrooms will be pass-thru to the first floor living/kitchen area.
Tween Waters sleeps a maximum of 15 guests: 14 in beds plus one (or two) on sleeper sofa. Each bedroom and each living area has independent satellite TV service. WiFi is available throughout the home.
Enjoy our outdoor living space with incredible views. Numerous options available for seating/dining on one of our two huge decks that provide both shaded and full sun areas. Our private (personal) wooden boardwalk, provides easy access to the beach from the house and can be accessed from all levels of the house. An outdoor shower is available on the boardwalk.
Take a short stroll and enjoy Laguna Key and its amenities. Whether it’s swimming in the community pool (about 7 houses down), playing a game of tennis, shooting some "hoops", fishing in Little Lagoon or building castles in the sand, this house, with its community amenities, has something for everyone! Our home is highly rated by our guests.
Don't miss a walk to/through the uninhabited coastal region of Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge and it's undisturbed beauty... a very short beach walk away.
Tween Waters does not allow events with more than 15 people and you must be at least 30 years old to rent.
Laguna Key does not allow more than 4 cars per house. Violators will be towed.
Only registered guests are allowed to use Laguna Key amenities.
No boats, trailers or RV's allowed.

Great location. Really enjoyed all the windows on both living floors. Also, the two living areas worked great for our daughter's young family being on the bottom floor. Some minor fixes could be done on some things, but really not an issue. Liked that most of the furniture was "livable" and kid friendly especially at the beach. Lots of beach stuff available which was much appreciated. Patio furniture was in great shop. Would definitely recommend this beach house.

Our family of 15 spent the week here and we loved it. We go to the Gulf as a group every other year, and are always looking for a place to meet our needs/wants. The bedrooms accommodated us all, though the odd layout does take getting used to. The beds are comfortable. We loved all the outdoor seating options. We really enjoyed the quiet location and private beach. This is the first time that we’ve rented a house without a private pool, and the community pool worked out well. It’s just a minute walk away, and the kids are old enough now to be okay without close supervision. A bonus that we didn’t expect is that the neighborhood has a nature walk with a boardwalk and pier into the lagoon. We enjoyed fishing here. Andrea communicated very well and was helpful with any questions I had. I would love to stay here again.

Great place to stay. Had 9 adults with 4 children and had lots of room. Private and peaceful, don’t have to fight for your own view of the ocean because it has its own beach. The beach and home were beautiful. The pool was great and just a 1 minute walk. Owners were easy to work with and very responsive.

We had an awesome vacation at Tween Waters! This was our 6th year coming to Gulf shores area. We have always stayed out in Fort Morgan, but we loved the location and convenience of Tween Waters. Andrea the home owner was amazing to work with, very prompt on responding and very informative. The house is absolutely gorgeous with amazing decks and furniture to enjoy it! The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and pot/pans. Alot of room for all 16 of our guests. We loved the open kitchen/livingroom/dining for gathering at night. The garage is very well stocked with boogie boards, tons of beach chairs and sand toys. We liked having the 2 livingrooms for the kids to hang out but you have to walk through 2 queen bedrooms to get to the stairs ( it didn't hinder our stay at all and was never a problem). Having 2 washers and dryers was GREAT! The comfort of the beds weren't the best but they were ok.
Can't wait to come back!
