About Coastal Sands
Laguna Key is a gated, ultra-luxury community situated at the end of Gulf Shores’ west beach. Within the community, lies Coastal Sands, a spacious, 4-bedroom home with plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. Coastal Sands features a private pool off the spacious back patio. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Enjoy catching rays by the pool or relaxing to the sounds of nature from the screened back porch on the ground level.
At Coastal Sands, guests will enjoy easy beach access via a private boardwalk with seating and a covered pavilion. From here, guests can relax in the most secluded area of West Beach, away from the crowds and noise with nothing but the sound of the waves! Coastal Sands is also conveniently located just steps from the neighborhood’s lagoon boardwalk and fishing pier, also featuring a covered seating area. Gulf Shores is well known for its world-class fishing, but guests at Coastal Sands won’t even need a boat! The lagoon fishing pier is a great spot for catching a multitude of fish!
In the center of the neighborhood, a huge community pool offers a refreshing way to spend an afternoon. With a fountain, plenty of chairs for lounging or having lunch, and restrooms, the pool area offers everything needed for a wonderful swim! Laguna Key also offers tennis courts and a two-story observation deck from which to enjoy the view!
Inside Coastal Sands, guests will find 2 levels of living space. Upon entering the main floor, Guest bedroom 2 is on the left with a full bed and a twin bed and a sitting area with a queen-sized sofa bed is on the right. Moving into the open living area, guests are greeted with panoramic views of the lagoon from the wall-to-wall windows! In addition to the gorgeous views and enormous lagoon front balcony, the comfortable living area features plenty of seating to accommodate additional guests. Off the living area is a spacious kitchen with ample cabinet and counter space, stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso machine, and cooking and dining essentials to give guests the comfort of home. There is also a full bathroom on the main floor.
On the upper floor, the extra spacious master bedroom is a showstopper! It features a king-sized bed, a daybed, an extra seating area, a large TV, and a huge, private balcony! The master suite also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a gulf-facing balcony. Both are equipped with queen-sized beds, TVs, and private bathrooms.
With multiple outdoor living spaces, a private pool, and plenty of room inside to relax, guests are sure to find peace and calm at Coastal Sands!
** Saltwater Pool heating is a seasonal amenity. Not available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.**
*A MAX of 4 vehicles are allowed in the driveway. NONCOMPLIANCE of this ordinance will result in a $250 fine each day from the HOA.*.

Beautiful house. Beautiful neighborhood. Overall clean and tidy. Stove is very difficult to use, burning everything. Wish there had been a lift and and first floor restroom. We tried every light switch but were never able to light the screened porch which we wanted to use every night. An operational skimmer net would have been helpful to keep the pool clean. All that being said, we very much enjoyed our stay.

My family and I recently stayed at the Coastal Sands property for the Morgan Wallen Sand in your boots Festival. Although we spent majority of our time at the festival, the time we did have at the property was memorable! We had six adults and two teenage boys and had plenty of room for other guest if we had a larger party. From the epic balcony views to the relaxing private pool this is definitely a wonderful place for you to enjoy a nice beach vacation!! We will definitely be booking again!
