BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Adequate Parking for 6 vehicles maximum. No parking pass required. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

After 25 years of coming to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, this was the most PERFECT house we've ever stayed in. Hosted Thanksgiving (every year) and having 2 of everything is a huge plus. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of parking and best of all, right on the beach and ocean. What more could you ask for. Thank you for allowing us to rent this beautiful house 😎

Our group of 17 family and friends stayed at Almost Heaven in Gulf Shores to celebrate a 50th birthday, and it truly lived up to its name! The house was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, beautifully designed, and sitting right on the beach. We loved waking up to stunning water views from nearly every room in the house.
One of the biggest perks was having doubles of all the major appliances. With such a large group, it made cooking, cleaning, and keeping everything running smoothly an absolute breeze. Every detail of the home felt thoughtfully planned for comfort, convenience, and relaxation.
We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone. I would highly, highly recommend Almost Heaven to anyone looking for a beachfront getaway, and we're already hoping to visit again!

House was spacious, clean, and had breathtaking views and amenities. Direct access to the beautiful beach saves time and effort. Almost everything you need for a beach house was available. One of the best trips we've had! Cold front came in, but it still felt great in the upper 60's with the sun out!

We loved every thing about this home. There was plenty of space and beds for everyone, along with bathrooms for us all! We had 11 adult women on the trip and no issues whatsoever. Convenient walk directly onto the beach, multiple dishwashers, fridges, and microwaves, comfy beds and pillows, and located down away from the “hustle and bustle.” Our host was quick to respond and very helpful whenever needed. We would recommend this to any group traveling to Gulf Shores!
