I really thought the home was beautiful. My family enjoyed ourselves; however, the home has many stairs, and the elevator was out our entire stay. Maintenace was called early that morning and the person on the line said that they were sending somebody; however, nobody came. My husband has cancer, and the stairs was bad on him.

We loved the house and the space but was not impressed with the stained carpet and couches
It was clear the house was just cleaned minimal prior to our arrival.
I called to tell them about the stains and floors and one bed had sand in between the sheets that is understandable if we had already stayed there and had sand on our feet.
For the price I thought it could have been cleaner
The customer service was great otherwise when it came to cleaning the pool after the storms. Also, I wish there was closer beach access with adjoining properties or other prickett properties that allowed shared access.

This would’ve been an excellent vacation spot had it not been for the construction that was going on at our rental as well as the place next door. Every weekday there was work going on from 8 in the morning and lasted until well after dark several times. Luckily we had plenty of activities planned so we still had a pretty awesome vacation. Other than the construction, we had a couple of minor issues that were quickly resolved upon notifying Prickett property management.
