We had 10 adults and 6 children under 8- 3 of our adult children’s families and some friends. We celebrated a 1st and 3rd birthday at the beach! The house accommodated every family unit adequately. We cooked most of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. The views of the gulf from the house are amazing! Having our own private beach entrance and beach space was lovely. It was so easy to slip back in the house with a sleeping baby, or run back for snacks. The back porch with swing kept the little people corralled and entertained. Other than a water park day, we stayed around the house, pool and beach. The house gave everyone space to spread out. Outdoor storage and parking was excellent. We had 5 vehicles, which worked well using garage space. Highly, highly recommend.

Location, private beach, pool close by, very lovely home with space for families to spread out. The huge porch and swing with incredible ocean views was fabulous! Having an elevator was also a huge plus, especially for the 3rd floor room and getting luggage up and down! The best home we have ever rented!

This house is a little slice of heaven.
We have stayed here many times.
The first impression walking in the house is beautiful but “The view is breath taking “. Great for 2 people or many people. Just sitting and being is enough. Neighborhood is a plus.

Can’t beat the location! Perfect beach front , like having a private beach ! I agree with other comments I read , this house could use a deep cleaning experience , maintenance needed on the beach side doors , door off the dining room to back porch was very hard to open and master bedroom downstairs had wet carpet after the rain on first night ! Not able to use the crows nest access either ! need more flatware n the kitchen ! Front steps to the house were nasty too! As it turns out, this was our last trip as “ this family gathering”, the house wasn’t perfect but it served us well for what we needed . The location and beach access was perfect! Those of us that could, spent more time on the beach than we have in the last 20 years. Thank you
