We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.

We loved this property for our large family. Every room having a bath was extra nice. We found everything we needed in the well-stocked kitchen. The views of the beach were amazing from both decks. We had one maintenance issue and the property management took care of things very promptly. This property is well-designed with many amenities. Hope to come back in the future!

It was the perfect place for our extended family gathering. The rooms were great with attached bathrooms. Great size gathering areas. Love the tables on the balconies. Private pool that is in the shade part of day so isn’t too hot. The kitchen is on the third level but the view over sink of the sound side it beautiful. We definitely made memories and loved just walking over the boardwalk of the dunes to sit on the beach!

The house met our needs perfectly for all of the family units that were there. Loved the location right on the beach and the two living room spaces and extra refrigerator/ice maker was nice. We did have issues with the TV in main living area, 2nd floor. Cable wasn't attached like it was downstairs. We had to use our personal accounts to login to an app to watch the Thanksgiving games. As far as cleanliness, overall it was fine but we did find dead roaches in a couple of the bedrooms, small black bugs in a clean towel, had to pick up beer bottle caps off of the upper deck, and there was a good bit a litter on the property grounds. With all of that being said, overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for allowing us to be able to stay on your property. We plan to book with you again.
