A small upstairs den with a couch and second smart TV gives kids or teens a space of their own. The kitchen is modern and functional, with stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space for prepping group meals—plus counter seating for 4 and a dining table for 8 where memories are made over shared meals. Step outside and you're greeted by a large beachfront deck, complete with a gas grill, multiple seating areas, and your own private boardwalk leading directly to the beach—no crowds, no hassle, just your group and the ocean.



For a more secluded spot, the upper balcony (accessible only through the primary suite on the top floor) offers lounge seating and panoramic Gulf views—ideal for morning coffee or golden-hour sunsets.
