Breezyville Northeast Sun is a 7 bedroom lockout, beachside Gulf Shores Beach House Rental. This vacation home offers gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico's turquoise waters and white-sand beaches. The beach is right in your backyard, enjoy! Breezyville is made up of 4 houses - a beachside community that shares a pool overlooking the Gulf. The Northeast house has easy beach access, with only one Breezyville house in front.
The Northeast Sun house offers 7 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 26 guests. This rental is the lockout option, meaning that the third floor will be locked and not for use. Have a larger group? Book the 12 bedroom full house to accommodate 40 guests. With an ideal location in the heart of Gulf Shores, enjoy many restaurants and shops within walking distance!
On the first floor of the house, you'll find 5 bedrooms: Bedrooms 1 & 2 have a King bed each and each has a private bathroom with a bathtub & a shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 Queen beds with a private shower/tub combo. Finally, Bedrooms 4 & 5 each have 2 Queen beds and they both share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The second floor contains a state-of-the-art kitchen, a large, cozy living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining table, and there is also a half bath. Also on this floor are 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 6 with 2 Queen beds & balcony access, and Bedroom 7 with 3 Twin over Twin bunks. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

We had an amazing family weekend in Gulf Shores, Alabama, and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The vacation rental was absolutely beautiful—spacious, perfectly laid out for our family, and located right on the beach. The private pool added extra fun for everyone, especially the kids! We were also incredibly impressed with the host and maintenance team—they were kind, professional, and very responsive whenever we needed anything. It was the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories together. We will recommend and book again in the future!

Plenty of space for a big group. Great location right on the beach. Some trash stuck in the bottom of the top bunks. One toilet didn't work quite right. Wish there was some more toilet paper. Those are the picky things that kept me from giving it 5 stars. But overall a great space deserving of 4 stars! Hope to visit again next year!

Okay, One side of sink was clogged in the bathroom where we slept. I cleaned it ut it still drained very slow.
Two of the bed room Floors were very weak. One right at the shower; one bedroom floor was stratched up by the bed and seems as though a child had painted on it. I took pictures. I am thinking that's all I took note of.
