The Lemonade stand was fantastic! We enjoyed our stay so much. The stairs were quite the workout but we didn't mind them. We loved the main space layout and how much seating there was for dining. It is the perfect size for large family get togethers. The area was fantastic- so close to the market and coffee shops. The walk to the beach access was so easy as well. The pool was fantastic and we used it every day. The kitchens were well stocked. The wifi was spotty but we weren't there to enjoy the internet. Excellent views from all the balconies. And management was quick to respond and easy to communicate with.

Lemonade stand was a great place for our family reunion. We had planned for 24, but ended up with 16 attending and we had plenty of room to spread out.The pool was lovely with plenty of pool toys and floaties. Although we couldn't enjoy it completely because there was very little sun protection. Evening swims became family conferences. Public beach access was close by and great for beach day as well as morning and evening beach walks. . While we appreciated the beach supplies, we would have expected a 12 bedroom house to have more than 7 beach chairs. And the wagon was helpful, but could use some attention. Additionally, some of the deck furniture was breaking down. Having 2 full kitchens was wonderful with enough dinnerware to serve all plus some. Some of the kitchen appliances didn't work properly and others could use some maintenance. Overall, we loved the decor, furnishings and location. We highly recommend lemonade stand for family vacation.

Great place for a large family-Something for everyone to doVery nice pool and easy access to the beach

The property had a massive amount of room for our large family for a Thanksgiving getaway. The management company was very responsive throughout the entire reservation process, as well as check-in and during our stay.
We paid for the pool to be heated for our entire stay, but when we arrived, the pool was dirty and the heat was not on. It did not get warm until the following morning.
We had issues with running the dishwashers, and on Thanksgiving day, a technician showed up to assist. He was able to get them running after flipping a breaker. However, we had great difficulty trying to run them even after he left. They would turn on for a few minutes and then turn off again after many tries. Eventually we were able to run two loads but we still don't know what we did to make it happen. The tech asked if we were having any other problems, and I told him that we had discovered that, because the insulation was missing from around the main oven doors, the ovens did not work well or cook evenly. That was very problematic for two turkeys and all the sides that go along with the Thanksgiving dinner.
Also noted by several members of the group were electrical outlets around the house either not working or old (worn to the point where plugs would not stay in). Additionally, there were quite a few live roaches around the house and ants coming in through cracks in the mortar of the backsplash of one of the kitchen sinks. We almost lost our pies and cakes to them.
