Zoe's Zen is a newly constructed, beautiful beach house in Gulf Shores, Alabama with 10 bedrooms/10 bathrooms and a total sleeping capacity of 28. Have a smaller group? In the off season, this house offers the option of a 5 bedrooms lockout and a sleeping capacity of 14. Please inquire if interested! This vacation home sits directly across the street from the beach and has a massive private pool and hot tub. Offering gorgeous beach views, luxurious accomodations, and state of the art amenities, this house is the perfect spot for your next beach retreat!
The first thing you'll notice about this brand new beach house are the spacious balconies on every floor on the front and back of the house. Here, guests will love soaking in the beach views over a cup of coffee, an afternoon snack, or a sunset cocktail- anything you prefer! The private pool, hot tub, and pool deck are perfect for relaxing, tanning, playing, or socializing. If you'd like to venture over to the sugar-white sand and sparkling waters, luckily the beach is just across the street! After an amazing day in the sun, you'll surely look forward to the luxurious accomodations that greet you inside of this beach home.
The first floor presents the open floor plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The expansive living room offers ample seating, as does the dining area. The chef of your vacation group will love cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, including 2 refrigerators/freezers, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, a stovetop, microwave, and ice maker. Head upstairs to the 10 luxurious bedrooms.
The second and third floor are laid out the same, each with 5 bedrooms and 5 private bathrooms. The first three bedrooms on each floor will contain cozy King beds and private baths. The fourth bedroom on both floors contains 2 queen beds and a private bath in each room. The fifth bedroom on the second floor contains 2 sets of twin over twin bunks and a private bath. Finally, the fifth bedroom on the third floor contains 1 set of full over full bunks and 1 set of twin over twin bunks. It was a great house for our whole family, a great large space to hang out together, beautiful views, every bedroom had a bathroom. The pool and hot tub were great and of course perfect location to hanging out on the beach.

The property was perfect for our large group. Check-in was delayed two hours due to the house being trashed by the people before us. I realize management had no control over this but their response to maintenance issues was very slow. After an e-mail and two phone calls, they finally came Tuesday morning to fix things. Fortunately we were able to work around the slow drains and broken beds. Loved the house and the location.

My family of 17 people stayed at this property the week of March 13, 2023. We had a few issues upon our very late arrival and management sent a team out to address our issues the very next morning. The house is nice, but it appeared the renters before us did not take care of the property. There were many things in the house that needs attention. Location is great, not a far walk to the beach.
Big plus and the ONLY reason I would book again at any properties managed by this group is the the attentiveness from the management team!
