Two cosy bedrooms and two bathrooms offer plenty of space.
The house is well equipped: air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, exterior shading through louvre doors, ,
3xTV and music system as well as WLAN, fly screens for a peaceful night's sleep, high-quality mattress, beach towels.
A high-quality whirlpool offers good relaxation. A large pool is available for cooling off.
You can relax in a comfortable beach chair with a view of the garden or the majestic mountains behind the house.
The large, covered terrace offers a large dining area sheltered from the wind.
A German carer is your contact person on site.
Only suitable for German-speaking guests, as the childcare is only provided in German.
You will find a very lovingly maintained, clean holiday home.
The beautiful Papagayo sandy beaches with their white sandy bays are within walking distance. The water quality here is excellent.
The Marina Rubicon marina with its restaurants and bars is easily accessible via the beach promenade, which leads on to Playa Blanca with all its shops and restaurants.
