About this house rental
Casa Natalie is a luxury house very well located and very comfortable where your privacy is guaranteed. For your confort it also has iluminated swimming pool.
It is located in a residencial area, very quiet just a 10minutes by foot from Papagayo beaches.
5 minutes from the seafront where you can get to Playa Blanca centre (20 minutes aprox)
Quick acces by car to the centre of the village (5 minutes) and main vias to Timanfaya, Arrecife...

2 double rooms with acces to the terrace, 2 complete bathrooms (one of them is in suite with the main room), comfortable and bright living room, TV/DVD/Satelite (English and German channels) , sofa and armchairs, dinnig table, complete kitchen, air conditioner, washing machine, ironing...
Outside:
Wide furnished terrace, part of it is covered.
Typical illuminated canarian garden with swimming pool and sun beds.
The pool is heated with solar panels, this means that the heat of the pool depends on the sun, We can not control it. No cost to the tenant.

Positive:
- Big and nice garden with pool and 4 loungers.
- Comfortable beds
- You feel well in the house. Good atmosphere.
- The house is being cleaned very well. After one week, it has been cleaned again and the towels and bed sheets has been replaced.
- WiFi is strong enough for normal use. Streaming films from notebook on TV is working fine.
- TV quality is good.
- At night, its quiet.
- Very few local and slow traffic.
- There is enough free parking possibility on the street.
- The host "Natalie" answers within a few hours. Pillar, the local contact lives in front of the street and is a very nice and a good housekeeping.
Negativ:
All chairs (inside and outside) are very uncomfortable. They are more like camping chairs. They hang through and are too low. They don't fit to the tables.

We arrived late at night, the directions we were given lead us straight to the property, and the lights had been left on for us which made retrieving the keys easy.
The property is located in a quiet residential area, a 45 minute stroll from the amenities of Playa Blanca and a 10 minute drive from Papagayo beach.
The villa us up some quite steep steps, which could make it difficult for people with small children or mobility issues, but this wasn’t a concern to us.
The villa is very well equipped, although could do with a little updating in places, but I understand that the last 2 years have been difficult for everyone.
A definite plus was the provision of beach towels, my only truly negative is there was very little information about local restaurants and attractions.
Overall a very nice place to stay, and I would certainly recommend to people wanting to be just away from the hustle and bustle of the main resort.

Das Haus liegt ideal in der Nähe der Papagayo - Strände, weist aber bereits einigen Renovierungsbedarf auf. Besonders störend waren die extrem lauten Bauarbeiten bei den unmittelbar anliegenden Nachbarobjekten.
