About this villa rental
Holiday home with independent private pool, located in the exclusive Marina Rubicon area, in Playa Blanca, south of Lanzarote.
Spacious and furnished housing with high quality furniture. 2 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms, exceptionally equipped for maximum comfort. Maximum capacity 4 people. Very comfortable and bright living room with sofa, satellite TV, HI-FI, DVD and free WIFI. Fully equipped independent kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board. Full bathroom with hairdryer.
It has a private independent and outdoor pool, a small garden and barbecue. The terrace is very sunny and furnished with hammocks, chairs and table to enjoy it at any time of the day. Parking space (private) included in the house. Customer reception service in our own office, with qualified personnel, maintenance service and customer service 24 hours a day.
Our clients will also enjoy a WELCOME DETAIL that includes: milk, water, juice, coffee, chamomile, tea, sugar, Cola Cao and cookies.
Free cleaning at the entrance and exit, as well as an intermediate cleaning for a minimum stay of 7 nights, with bed linen and towels included in the price. Cleaning and change of sheets and towels once a week. There is a more regular cleaning service with additional cost, consult if you are interested.
Pool towels available, for rent (consult).
No smoking except in the outdoor areas (balcony and terrace).
One pet is allowed per villa (on request) of up to 8 Kg. And with a cost of € 10 / night.

Great location, short walk to marina and near to playa blanca. Outside area pleasant with sun all day. Awning over patio was great. The villa interior does need updating, furnishing look tired, dirty stain in bath, saying that, we had a great 3 week stay, and would recommend.

Solo una pega: no tenia barbacoa de obra. La portátil requiere de más utensilios para poder sacarle partido y no había en la casa. Recomendación: en lugar de sombrilla un toldo para cubrir esa zona entre la casa y la piscina. Ya se que hace mucho aire ahí pero con tanto sol te Oda el día moviendo la sombrilla. 🤣

We have stayed at these villas 3 times now and I do think that these properties need a complete overall as they are very tired. When we arrived the towels were very grey and thin and I complained to the manager who gave us thick big towels and did so thereafter. The showers were appalling as they flooded the bathroom everytime as there wasn’t enough coverings at the side of the bath so consequently the water went all over the floor so we had to turn the shower head towards the tiles, the small downstairs shower did the same. The curtains need replacing as there were holes in them and didn’t meet when drawn. I have to say that the cleaning services were excellent. The property on the pictures that were sent to us were not the same as the villa we stayed in
