Villa Optimist Rubicón is a beautiful, modern, and cheerful home located in San Marcial de Rubicón, a three-minute walk from Las Coloradas Beach and 300 meters from the sea.
The villa has two floors. On the first floor is the living-dining room, which opens onto the terrace where you can enjoy a porch with outdoor sofas, lounge chairs around the pool, and a dining area in the garden. The first floor also features a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with bunk beds, and a half-bath. On the second floor, there are two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, and another with two double beds and a full bathroom just outside the room. The villa features a private pool that can be heated upon request (for an additional fee) and Wi-Fi. Villa Optimist is located a 15-minute walk from the prestigious Marina Rubicón, a lively area with restaurants, bars, and shops. Just a few minutes’ walk from the villa are several supermarkets offering all kinds of groceries—including fresh produce, meat, and fish—open 7 days a week with extended hours. Las Coloradas Beach is a 3-minute walk away, and the beautiful Papagayo beaches are a 20-minute walk away. If you stay at this villa, you’ll find that you won’t need a car during your vacation.
