The property is spacious, well equipped and in a lovely location. The property gets the sun all day, but with plenty of available shade on the site. There are a few bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes wall and good access either on foot or by the regular bus to the marina and main Playa Blanca resort. Excellent contact with the agent/owner - very responsive.
No dislikes - inconvenience (as had an older relative with us) was no English TV or WiFi but definitely wasn’t a holiday spoiler. A ‘how to’ or ‘local area guide’ would have been helpful but again, not a holiday spoiler.

The pictures of the property did not accurately reflect its current condition. Moving forward, it would be helpful if all posted photos are up to date or clearly labeled with the date they were taken.
Additionally, the pool was out of service until the third day of our stay. Even after it was repaired, it remained unusable due to significant dirt in the water. The flaking plaster above the pool further contributed to the poor condition and made it unappealing and potentially unsafe to use.
