Happy Villa con piscina privada

Lovely villa in quiet residential area. 15-minute walk to the marina and 25 minutes to the beach. Bus easily into the main town every 20 mins and taxis only 4 euros each way. Stayed as a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens) and perfect for what we needed, ideal to have 2 bathrooms for us al, 1 double room, 1 twin, and a single room. Fans were provided as it was very hot while we were there in July. We have visited lanzarote the last few years and love Playa Blanca. Supermarket only 5 minutes walk as well as a small bar, 10 minutes near to the Sandos hotel there is a handful of lovely bars and restaurants or you can choose to head down to the marine or main town. The owner was very helpful and had great communication, and I would certainly return.

Only a suggestion but the pool could do with a cover as we had a few sandstorms, but we contacted the owner, and she sent someone over to clean the pool for us. Ideally, some additional shade, possibly parasols around the pool as their is no gazebo as per the photos only shade under the seating area.

It was extremely hot in the villa and we were unable to get any air flow through the apartment due to local cats coming in. Another couple of fans would have been great. Night times were very uncomfortable with the heat. I tried to sleep outside one night but got eaten by mosquitos.

Laurence was a great host! Always there to help us with anything we needed. We loved everything in the villa and would stay there again.
