Villa Fedelian 1 Playa Blanca

Nous avons moins apprécié les toilettes en bas dans lesquels il ne faut pas mettre de papier 🫤 mais on a fait avec

Tout était parfait ! Grande maison, très bon équipement, parfaite localisation au calme et hôte super dispo et réactif !

We liked the upstairs living and outside space

We didn’t like the downstairs bedrooms, there are no mosquito screens and we couldn’t sleep with the windows open and there is no air conditioning, it made it very uncomfortable to sleep.

A great spacious villa with a lovely outdoor area and pool. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful and communicated well over WhatsApp on the lead up to our stay to help us with any queries. The location was perfect, in a nice quiet area but also only a 2km (20-25 minute) walk to a lovely sandy beach, with lots of restaurants and bars, and a 10 minute walk to the supermarket. We also enjoyed visiting the beautiful Marina Rubicón which was just 5 minutes in a taxi. We would definitely recommend this villa, especially for large groups.

Unfortunately there seemed to be a bit of a problem with the drainage system as there were some funny smells in the villa at times. There were also leaks in all the showers possibly due to the sealant. We also had a problem with ants/bugs both outdoors by the pool and in one of the downstairs bathrooms.
