La tranquilidad…la limpieza…la belleza y estética de los bungalows…la piscina TODO…solo objetar que se dejen más toallas de aseo que una por persona (aunque se ofrezca lavadora fuera de los bungalows, no se encuentra el momento de deshacerte de la toalla de aseo en ningún momento)

Lo indicado de las toallas de aseo insuficientes…para seis días que era mi caso y tratándose de toallas blancas propongo un quita y pon

Great location and comfortable. Private pool was heated and cleaned daily; shared pool had fantastic views.

Although kitchen is very well equipped, we would have appreciated if some simple things to cook where available: olive oil, vinegar, etc. Just a few packets of salt, pepper and sugar are provided, which is sufficient for just a day or two. Also, towels were changed in the middle of our stay (day 5 out of 10), but a full cleaning service would have been appreciated. Other than that, very happy with our stay at Serena Del Mar

When it is completely built I’m sure it will be lovely, pool was nice and spacious area

Only half built - has numerous power cuts and, with a front door accessible with a code, meant we were locked out a number of times. We also had workmen going through our flat unannounced an as we had a baby with us this was particularly disruptive. Also, although it was lovely to have a pool in the garden of each flat, it wasn’t very clear on the advert and the pools have no cover or barriers so was not ideal with a newly walking toddler! Would be great for adults or swimming aged kids.
