The Space:
Set within the peaceful Villas Del Sur community, Villa Reinosa offers a wonderful combination of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly features. With beautiful views towards Marina Rubicón and easy access to some of Playa Blanca's most popular attractions, it provides the perfect base for a relaxing Lanzarote holiday.
Inside, the villa offers bright and comfortable living spaces designed for easy holiday living. The lounge provides a welcoming place to relax after a day in the sunshine, while WiFi and a wide range of international TV channels ensure entertainment for all ages.
The villa accommodates up to six guests across three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year. Two modern bathrooms provide convenience for families and groups travelling together.
Outside, the private heated swimming pool takes centre stage. The gated pool area makes Villa Reinosa particularly appealing for families with younger children, while the partially covered terrace provides welcome shade during the warmest part of the day. The Neighborhood:
Villa Reinosa enjoys an excellent location within the popular Villas Del Sur community, just a short walk from Marina Rubicón. Here you'll find a fantastic selection of waterfront restaurants, cafés, bars, boutiques, supermarkets, and the popular Wednesday and Saturday market.
The beautiful promenade, nearby beaches, and the centre of Playa Blanca are all within easy reach, making it easy to explore the resort without needing a car.
With marina views, excellent local amenities, and plenty to see and do nearby, Villa Reinosa is perfectly positioned for a relaxing Playa Blanca getaway.
Getting Around:
Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.
If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.
Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.
Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special.
If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.
A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

We have just returned home from our second stay at Villa Reinosa.
Since our three weeks stay in December they have added a new door entry system. This was an excellent idea and a big improvement on previous system.
Excellent choice of TV Stations.
Villa is in an excellent location and only two- or three-minute walk to two supermarkets and two minutes from Bus stop.
Hoping to return later in the year however think Villa is booked for Christmas.
Will check if you have availability at other Villas

During our stay it RAINED, the pergola roof leaks at the point it joins the villa. This dripped straight onto the rattan furniture, we spotted this immediately and moved them, so no damage done, but could have been if we had been out. It also leaks in several other places. Mend the roof when the sun is shining.
The gas struts on the kitchen cupboards have worn out, so they now fall on you, need replacing.
The water pressure in the second shower is very low/slow a lot of the time, even when it is the only one being used.

Great Communications. Well organised transport from Airport and back. Friendly staff. Kettle was faulty and Lee replaced it within thirty minutes. Great location. Two minutes to bus stop and 2 Supermarkets. Very spacious villa. Hope to return next year. Outside area is a suntrap. Welcome pack of Beer, Wine, Milk and Biscuits.
Maybe leave an information sheet for when you arrive. Perhaps offer additional towels at an extra charge.

We had a lovely week at Villa Reinosa . The villa was perfect for two couples . It was spotless and had everything we needed . The beds were super comfy and the air conditioning was used due to the amazing weather we had . The location of this villa was perfect and in easy reach of the Marina . Great week and great service . Thank you
