About this house rental
VillaSal is located in Playa Blanca (Lanzarote), just 250 m from Playa de Las Coloradas, within Residencial Roca Colorada. The 167 m² property accommodates 6 guests and offers mountain views, partial sea views, as well as views of Lobos Island and Los Ajaches Natural Monument.
The villa features a living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
• Master bedroom: queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV.
• Bedroom 2: two single beds, air conditioning, SMART TV, standing fan.
• Bedroom 3: double bed, ceiling fan.
The second bathroom is shared and has a shower.
All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and heating. Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, satellite TV in the living room, washing machine, and dedicated workspace. Children are welcome; cot available on prior request.
Private outdoor area with hot tub, garden, outdoor furniture, covered and uncovered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Access to a communal pool for adults and a children’s pool with sun deck.

Pros: Walking to the marina
The hot tub
The welcome pack was very generous and welcome.
The host was very helpful when we needed a new hairdryer and recommended restaurants as no guide in the villa.
Cons: Pool unable to be used at the weekend
Coaches and cars pulling up and leaving constantly opposite the villa causing constant noise.
Electrics are dated, lots of sockets are loose and hairdryer broke twice.

We had an amazing few days at the property, really unique and homely space, and the hot tub was great! Shared pool a few metres walk away, everything we needed for a few days break in the Lanzarote sun.

Pros: The house has everything you could possibly need, which is a credit to them as I've stayed at some houses where you have to go out a buy everything. Very nice touches by providing water and other food items to make a sandwiches on arrival. The jacuzzi is amazing. The house is very spacious. We had an issue during our stay but the host sorted everything out whilst we were out exploring, it was handled really well. The pool is nice also. Walking distance to the coastal walk to the harbour and Playa Blanca, really great.
Cons: My only negative comment would be that the light switches are in very strange and inconvenient places.

5 of us stayed over for a long Easter weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We had two teenage girls, the hubby and his elderly dad.
Oscar (the host) and his dad were so responsive & helpful, even bringing some chocolates with the extra towels they brought round 😊. This little villa has everything you need, with a supermarket across the road and the best area on that coast being only 15 mins walk away. The immediate area is quiet, but has everything you need. My hubby and I went for a 5km walk along the coastal path (which is about 100m away from the villa) and the best busy area by far is the Rubican Marina, taking only 15/20 mins to walk to. It’s much more sophisticated than further up round the coast. With a kind of Ibiza / Miama vibe, you’ll find loads of amazing restaurants, cocktail bars, shops and a little market every few days, all on the landscaped edge of the waterways (of the marina). We loved the area, and loved the Villa and would love to come back on a regular basis for little breaks.
