Lovely villa, spacious, clean, comfortable, great views. Good size pool.
The villa is located quite a bit out of town. It didn't bother us as we had a rental car and were expecting this but for anyone interested in booking you would need to use taxis to get around. That said taxi prices are very reasonable. It was around 5 euro to the Rubicon Marina.

My husband, daughter, SIL and 2 grandchildren stayed here for 5 nights. The pool area was clean, large and had great views to the mountain and sea. Thomas met us to hand over the keys and was very pleasant, the welcome pack of some biscuits, chips and wine was a nice touch. Overall the apartment was clean and was a pleasant place to stay with good facilities in the kitchen for cooking.
We were not made aware when booking that 2 of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were in a separate annexe down the outside stairs from the main building, we would not have booked if we had known this. It would be nice to have some basic things in the apartment like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea and some pegs to hang the washing. You must have a car to stay here as taxis were not easy to find at times.

Property was very nice, modern and exceptionally clean.
Huge building work project adjacent- part of the same complex. New villas being built. Nowhere near complete. The owners had several opportunities to inform us prior to arrival but didn’t.& that is unforgivable. You would be unable to sit by the pool or have doors open during building hours- daytime really!
Should really have U.K. tv channels as an option to watch in the evening or in bad weather. You tube and Netflix isn’t an option for everyone.
