Very nice and welcoming property, exactly as shown in the pictures, highly recommended!

one small suggestion, it would be helpful to have a fan in the bathrooms that do not have a window. Other than that, everything was perfect!

We have been visiting Paya Blanca for 10 years and each time we have had a villa stay. This villa is one of the best we have stayed in. Communication from the rental company is very good. The villa is beautiful and modern and was very clean on our arrival. The view from the villa is lovely. Nice quiet area but you do need a car to get around. We requested a pool clean and within an hour the pool was cleaned. Pool guy was lovely. Villa was a very reasonable price. Mid stay clean was excellent. We would recommend this villa and will definitely book again. Also no bugs at all throughout our entire stay which is unheard of. It should be noted that 2 of the bedrooms are not accessible from the main villa, you have to leave the villa and access the 2 bedrooms via the sliding door. We didn't need them but larger families with children should bare this mind. Free Air-conditioning and the pool was lovely and warm.

Only very minor points. No pool towels provided so we had to go into town to buy some before we could enjoy the pool. The pillows should be upgraded. More furnishings would be nice, like drawers and maybe a dressing table in the master bedroom, cushions on the sofa, decorations to make it feel more homely. Books, if you allow people to leave books the collection will grow, we left some books but unsure if they would be removed. There absolutely should be a safe provided but there wasn't one. An alarm would also give piece of mind. Over frosting the the fridge and freezer, almost like the doors aren't hung correctly so causing air ingress, still kept good temperature though.
