Villa Los Altos Anisa 13A by Escape Home

Grande maison neuve très confortable à 10’ en voiture du centre de playa blanca. 5 chambres (3 avec lits doubles, 2 avec des lits jumeaux). Une chambre dispose aussi d’un canapé lit supplémentaire. 3 salles de bain/toilettes. La piscine est chauffée. L’eau est tiède. Idéale pour un bain le matin quand le vent ne souffle pas trop fort et que le soleil baigne l’extérieur.

Il n’y avait pas de savon ou shampooing. Pas de café ou thé dans la cuisine. J’imagine qu’avec le temps et ce que les occupants vont laisser il y aura du sel, de l’huile, les choses qui font plaisir à retrouver dans une maison comme celle là. Le barbecue est trop petit pour le nombre d’occupants de la maison.

Extremely clean and very spacious for our family of six, pool was clean and heated by the sun so perfectly warm to enjoy each day of our stay. Loved the remote location and views from the property whilst also being only a 10 minute walk from a shop and a 45 minute walk to the restaurants at the Marina. Great to also have off road parking space for rental car Secure and safe location.

No shower gel or toiletries at all bit poor no sugar or salt or coffee or tea no where to put sugar or coffee,cleaning stuff that was provided 2 x dishwasher tablets and 2 x washing machine tablets ,pool was cold yet said it was heated wasn’t ,tv remotes didn’t work try putting new batteries in , WiFi only good if next to router needs at least 2 more tp links got the distinctive feeling the host didn’t want people cook in villa

Fairly new modern and clean pool was nice

It is very remote and it’s not walking distance to any decent shops. It is wide open to the elements on the patio so if it’s windy (which it usually is) it can get very cold. The kitchen utensils are very limited there isn’t even an oven dish. There is rising damp in most bedrooms with paint peeling off. We requested the pool to be cleaned but nobody came in the whole 10 days we were there. You will need a car. The company ESCAPE HOMES are not good to deal with we stayed at another villa nearer to the marina but the villa was awful and we are trying to get our money back but they are ignoring all emails and refusing a refund even though we didn’t stay in it. Beware of asking for any refund if there are any issues.
