Villa Los Altos Anisa 13A by Escape Home

We had a fantastic stay at this villa and couldn't have been happier with our choice. It lived up to every expectation and was exactly as described. The villa was spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and exceptionally well equipped. It had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to a washing machine and all the other little touches that made our stay comfortable and stress free. The pool was beautiful and a real highlight, providing the perfect place to relax after a day out exploring the island. It was fully enclosed giving us the privacy we wanted. Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive and helpful throughout, making everything from check in to departure completely straightforward. We came with our kids and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I'd highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Lanzarote. It was a wonderful base for our holiday.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was exactly as described, the villa was spotless and well maintained, and the hosts were excellent throughout. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Tout était parfait. Les équipements sont au top, la villa est spacieuse bien organisée, nous n’avons manqué de rien. La piscine est grande, chauffée et ensoleillée avec beaucoup d’espace autour. La villa est bien située dans une résidence sécurisée et calme. C’est mieux d’avoir une voiture pour se déplacer. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances.

Rien

Grande maison neuve très confortable à 10’ en voiture du centre de playa blanca. 5 chambres (3 avec lits doubles, 2 avec des lits jumeaux). Une chambre dispose aussi d’un canapé lit supplémentaire. 3 salles de bain/toilettes. La piscine est chauffée. L’eau est tiède. Idéale pour un bain le matin quand le vent ne souffle pas trop fort et que le soleil baigne l’extérieur.

Il n’y avait pas de savon ou shampooing. Pas de café ou thé dans la cuisine. J’imagine qu’avec le temps et ce que les occupants vont laisser il y aura du sel, de l’huile, les choses qui font plaisir à retrouver dans une maison comme celle là. Le barbecue est trop petit pour le nombre d’occupants de la maison.

Fairly new modern and clean pool was nice

It is very remote and it’s not walking distance to any decent shops. It is wide open to the elements on the patio so if it’s windy (which it usually is) it can get very cold. The kitchen utensils are very limited there isn’t even an oven dish. There is rising damp in most bedrooms with paint peeling off. We requested the pool to be cleaned but nobody came in the whole 10 days we were there. You will need a car. The company ESCAPE HOMES are not good to deal with we stayed at another villa nearer to the marina but the villa was awful and we are trying to get our money back but they are ignoring all emails and refusing a refund even though we didn’t stay in it. Beware of asking for any refund if there are any issues.
