Villa Casa Blanca

Had everything we needed for the 9 of us but if I'm honest should only be for 8 people as last bed is stuck in the middle of pool table/TV area.

Nothing really to not like had a couple of little problems at beginning but Daniel sorted them straight away 👌 Requires a little maintenance here and there, and complex could do with easier access to main rd etc but overall would recommend.

The outdoor seating area was extremely comfortable, pool size was great, bar was an added bonus.

Having stayed at a few villas in the same complex we couldn’t help but compare. Most of the details are minor. Kitchen lacking worktop space and no draining board/dish rack. Layout missing that master bedroom vibe that we’ve stayed in previously. Better window dressings needed and there was a lack of hooks in all areas for towels etc. Whilst the cleaners attended daily during the week which was maybe a bit too much, they weren’t there for very long at all. On our arrival there were still items from a previous guest on the bathrooms drawers. On our first full day the bins were not emptied

Location a fair walk to any shops etc ( 20 minutes )

Outside pool area was lovely, as was hot tub. Nice shaded patio are with furniture. Patio area tiles were very dirty, especially at BBQ area and bbq had seen better days. Several minor issues on arrival but all were resolved quickly.Problem with air conditioner in kitchen which was resolved on day 4 of stay, complete renewal of unit. Our main issue was with one bedroom downstairs that appeared to have a dampness issue and smelled. The skirting board on the wall was completed rotted and bulging from wall. Despite opening the windows etc, the smell never went away rendering the room unusable. The wall behind bed also had damp stains on it. Would not like kids or small children to use this room. We booked a 4 bed villa but only had use of three bedrooms. We left a full breakdown of the positives about this property and aLao the areas needing attention with the villa managers so hopefully the owner will take them on board. A very tired villa in need of a good clean, a pain job and dampness issues resolved.
