Met by the villa manager who was very friendly, spoke excellent English and gave us a thorough walk through of the villa's facilties. Villa is well appointed, very well looked after and spotlessly clean.

Only drawback was it's very close to other rented villas, no real privacy with next door and for the first few days next door was occupied by a group of very loud, unsociable lads.

Plenty of room for a large party and reasonably central. We all loved the pool and hot tub especially the kids. Plenty of kitchen equipment including cutlery, plates cups etc. nice showers with plenty of hot water.

Hated the memory foam pillows. Nowhere near enough outdoor seating for a large party equally, a few additional single sun loungers are needed and would have been appreciated. Generally in good condition however, similar to other places I’ve stayed would benefit from a little TLC.

Property was good for a group - 5 bedrooms and all are good size with a double bed. Spacious. Kitchen and dining room fine. Property clean. The facilities team were friendly and quick to answer queries, they also kindly allowed us a late check-out as the property was not booked until following night.

The property advertised a heated swimming pool, however the pool did not feel as if it was heated. I raised this with the management company and was told that due to the time of year (end of May) that there would not be enough sun to raise the water temperature (it is heated by solar power) - the heated pool is listed as a major feature of this property and so disappointing if it is effectively not available for large portions of the year. Sound travels a lot in the area the house is in - we were unlucky in that on one side was a family with screaming children and on the other a group of young adults blasting out dance music, but the proximity of properties to each other does raise the risk of that.
