Las Chimeneas

Loved the outdoor space, the kitchen and living areas and how clean and well equipped the villa was.

The villa was excellent, the taxi service on the island is quite inconsistent and that made it difficult as we had an 83 year old in our party and the villa is a good 45min walk from the centre of the resort.

La casa está fenomenal. Varios ambientes, cocina espectacular, terraza muy chula con zona de sofás, mesa, barbacoa y piscina … habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Zona residencial muy tranquila

Suelo de la piscina bastante resbaladizo. Necesitas moverte en coche (pero tardas apenas 5min a playa blanca)

Une résidence privée très accessible en voiture, avec un parking pour au moins deux véhicules. Une cuisine surdimensionnée (36 tiroirs, 24 placards), trois frigos bas et deux congélateurs bas, et un ilot central immense, parfait pour manger à plus de dix personnes. Deux salons extérieurs très pratiques. Une décoration extérieure typique de Lanzarote. Des équipements complets et un barbecue très fonctionnel. Une piscine chauffée à 28°. Trois salles de bain pour 4 chambres confortables.

Très sincèrement, rien à redire. Alors je vais chercher les détails négatifs : - un sol très très très glissant autour de la piscine, dès qu'il est mouillé. - une prestation pour aspirer les petits dépôts au fond de la piscine, serait approprié. - un salon intérieur plutôt inutile, qui mériterait d'être transformé en chambre supplémentaire.

The property is actually SEMI DETACHED VILLA- you can hear noisy neighbours next door| .The heated pool was only heated once a day - too cold to swim in - we requested for the pool to be heated a bit higher so we can swim in it but owner did not allow. The kitchen/lounge was like a cookery school - a big table and high chairs -we have to climb onto the high stools every meal, no normal height table or chairs existed.
