The villa was a great size for 5 people (4 adults and 1 child). Bathrooms were modern and showers were powerful which is always appreciated. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Outdoor space was fab - great sized pool which was heated. The location was brilliant - just a short walk to the Marina where there was a great choice of bars, restaurants and shops. Lasal shopping complex was just slightly further on - with a lovely selection of new restaurants.

The villa's could really benefit from a couple of full length mirrors. Lounger / outdoor furniture cushions were quite badly stained which was a little off-putting. The initial ones we had were replaced with better ones (much appreciated!) and we were assured that they had been cleaned which I'm sure they had been but as a bit of a clean-freak, it was something that bothered me.

Clean, modern, well-equipped villa in a fantastic locations only a short walk from Marine Rubicon and within 25 minutes walk of the centre of Playa Blanca. Private pool area and great air conditioning. Highly recommended.

Nothing that I can think of

The property is extremely clean and modern, well furnished with everything we needed. Fabulous location, only a 5 minute walk into the marina and 20 minutes into playa Blanca town/strip. We hired a car and always found parking outside. The pool was fantastic, heated and clean. Plenty of towels and fresh ones halfway through our stay. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to come home!
